• Employee of the Month

    The following Express associates qualified for the Employee of the Month Award by maintaining excellent attendance, possessing strong motivation, and exhibiting the ability to work both in a team setting and individually.

    In addition to this recognition, our Employees of the Month receive a certificate, an Express "Employee of the Month" coffee tumbler, an Express t-shirt, and a $50 gift card.

  • EOM 2019 12-1December 2019 - Freddie Hall

    The Express Employment Professionals San Antonio Northeast Office is proud to recognize Freddie Hall as our Employee of the Month for December 2019. Freddie exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Freddie first interviewed with Express just in June 2019.  The client has stated: “Freddie is a great addition to the team. He’s a hard worker, quick learner, and very dependable. I know he’ll be at work every day and will give it 100%. He might be a potential machine operator.”

  • EOM 2019 11November 2019 - Ira Hodge

    The Express Employment Professionals San Antonio Northeast Office is proud to recognize Ira Hodge as our Employee of the Month for November 2019. Ira first interviewed with Express just in July 2018.  Ira went permanent on his first assignment with Express, helping both Express and the client after the first placement did a horrible job. Ira was always on time, did quality work and was always helpful.  And he is well on his way to going permanent on just his second assignment. The client has stated: “Ira is one of the hardest workers I have known. He never complains, he is always working making the Gutter Department a better place to work day end and day out. He is a solid worker and a great human being. I wish I had a dozen of him”  

  • EOM 2019 10October 2019 - Wayne Dickerson

    Wayne first interviewed with Express just in August 2017. After a few assignments, a short-term opportunity turned into long-term and eventually turned into permanent!  The client stated: “Wayne Dickerson is a great employee. He is always on time and willing to do whatever is asked of him. He is very courteous to our Customers and Employees.”  The client even asked their own customers how Wayne was treating them when he delivered to their sites and they provided rave reviews of his customer service. Wayne’s determined customer service and work ethic make him a “Gem” of an Employee.

  • EOM 2019 09September 2019 - Nicole Nicholls

    Nicole first interviewed with Express just in June 2019.  Just a week later, we had her on a production assignment. However, after a week, we figured out that Nicole was better suited to a position where she could be moving and active and this is where she has excelled; both on a one-day unloading assignment as well as her current long-term position. According to her current supervisor: “Nicole is one of the hardest workers I know. She is here all the time whether she is sick or not she is here. Nicole has learned our gutter department and forklift and she continues to amaze me on everything she wants to do and what she does without having to tell her what to do all day. You look up and she is always busy.”

  • EOM 2019 08August 2019 - Jessica Barrera

    Jessica exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Jessica first interviewed with Express in March 2019.  About a month later, Jessica was assigned to her current client company.  She is a fast learner and eager to take on new tasks. She is well-liked and becoming a great asset to the company Based on her performance, attitude and attendance, Jessica was an obvious choice for Employee of the Month for August 2019.

  • EOM 2019 07July 2019 - Daniela Chacon

    Daniela exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Daniela first interviewed with Express in January 2019.  Shortly after, Daniel was assigned to her current company.  She is willing to learn new things, help out in different areas. She can make up to 1,000 stack ups in a day, which is great for someone still learning. Based on her performance, attitude and attendance, Daniela was an obvious choice for Employee of the Month for July 2019.

  • EOM 2019 06June 2019 - Darrin Albarico

    Darrin exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Darrin first interviewed with Express in September 2018.  He was immediately assigned to his current client where he is on track become a permanent member of their team.  We’ve been told that Darrin has really taken charge of his duties in the yard – ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety. He’s well-liked and appreciated by everyone at Xylem. Moreover, he’s punctual and has great communication skills. Based on his attendance, work ethic and performance, Darrin is the clear choice for our Employee of the Month for June.

  • EOM 2019 05May 2019 - Rudy Gonzales

    Rudy exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Rudy first interviewed with Express in Feb 2019. He was immediately assigned to his current client where he is on track to go permanent. From the employer’s recommendation of Rudy based on his attendance, work ethic and performance, he is the clear choice for our Employee of the Month for May 2019. Like all of our Employees of the Month, Rudy received a certificate, an Express Employee of the Month coffee tumbler, an Express t-shirt, and a $50 Gift Card!

  • EOM 2019 04-1April 2019 - Erik Marczuk

    Erik first interviewed with Express in Dec 2004. Over the next 2.5 years, Erik had 26 successful assignments with 23 different clients through Express. He went permanent on one of those assignments and was with that client company for 9 years. Currently, Erik has been on an evaluation-hire assignment with the same client for 5 months where he is about to go permanent. The client has been very pleased stating: “Erik is dependable, accurate, has great job knowledge and works well with management. Additionally, Erik is an exceptional team player, self-starter, and is willing to help with general maintenance or anything else that is needed beyond his “normal” job duties.”

  • EOM 2019 03 -1March 2019 - Maritza Sanchez

    Maritza first interviewed with Express in Nov 2018.  She has had one assignment with Express, and has recently gone permanent with the client – 1 of 30 associates who have already gone permanent this year through Express. On her current assignment the client stated: “Maritza is an excellent worker. She has a positive attitude and is a team player. Very respectful to others. She has done a wonderful job in the plug molding area; her numbers have increased on a regular basis. It is a pleasure to have Maritza here at our location!”

  • EOM 2019 02 -1February 2019 - Evan Aguilar

    Evan exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Evan first interviewed with Express in Jan 2016. He has had 5 assignments with Express, three of them long-term. He previously went permanent with a client and provided years of quality service to that company. On his current assignment the client stated: “Evan is doing very well and has really caught on to our system. He has great customer service skills and I am very pleased with his work. I think he would be a great candidate for Employee of the Month.”

  • EOM 2019 01 -1January 2019 - Maria Sanchez

    Maria exhibits all of the qualities Express and its clients look for in an employee: a dependable, responsible person who works hard, learns quickly, adapts to a new environment quickly. Maria work briefly with Express in 2014.  She came back to Express in Jul 2018. Shortly afterwards she was placed at her current client where the client states that Maria is very reliable and is willing to help out wherever needed. She has been a true asset and is she is greatly appreciated
