Vern and Mary Patterson

Vern has been a very successful Sales Representatives with some of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world.  He has continued to learn and develop his leadership style and completed his MBA from Baker University in 2012.  Vern works hard to provide quality workers to the great businesses in the St. Joseph area. Vern and Mary opened the Express Employment Professionals office in July 2013. They have won several awards from Express Employment, including the Fast Track award for getting jobs for people in the first six months that they were open.  Vern was also selected to attend the prestigious Leadership Academy within Express Employment for developing future leaders.  Vern is active in the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce and believes that helping people find good jobs will help the St. Joseph area as well as keeping great workers in St. Joseph.

Mary has been a school teacher as well as a stay at home mom to their two boys.  She has offered valuable help in our office on a part time basis as well. Mary enjoys handing out paychecks and seeing the impact on the lives of our employees.  She has had people tell her about buying homes, getting out of debt as well as the thrill of being hired full time.  She likes to get pictures with people when they pick up their first paycheck.
