Meet the Owners

Express Employment Professionals of Tupelo, MS helps their clients in North Mississippi find the skilled people they need, and employs hundreds of people in our community each week.  Express has been locally owned by Julianne Battaile Goodwin and Jim Goodwin since 2006 and has been serving clients in North Mississippi since 1990.   

Julianne is a graduate of Tupelo High School.  She received both her bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Spanish as well as a master's degree in Education from the University of Mississippi.  She has served as an Executive Board Member of CDF and is a graduate of the Jim Ingram Leadership Institute and a former CDF Ambassador.  Julianne is a past president of the Rotary Club of Tupelo, Board President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Mississippi, and volunteers for Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association and Friends of the Library. 

Jim Goodwin graduated from Kenyon College and received his MBA in Marketing from the University of Florida.  Prior to becoming a business owner, he has worked for Procter & Gamble, Coors Brewing Company, and T-Mobile. Jim currently serves on the board of North Mississippi Health Services.  He is a past-president of the Tupelo Kiwanis Club and has served on the Planning Commission for the City of Tupelo.  He also is an active volunteer with CDF, North MS Healthcare Foundation and has served on the boards of the Regional Rehab Center and the Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association.

Jim and Julianne have two children and are members of St. James Catholic Church.
