Shannon is a Walla Walla native and well-entrenched in her home community of Walla Walla. Shannon earned her B.S. in International Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1992 and gradually worked her way back to Walla Walla in 2001. She has owned the local Express office since April of 2007. Shannon is a board member of the local Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Trustees for the Blue Mountain Community Foundation.

Stephanie started with Express in 2010 as the office services staffing specialist and transitioned into Professional Staffing through the Specialized Recruiting Group in 2020. She caters to professional candidates in Walla Walla, WA and the surrounding areas. She works with business owners and managers in the valley helping them to not only find the talent they need, but also by having a good understanding of the culture of their company.  Stephanie works with applicants to do confidential, professional placements.

She interviews and recruits daily, keeping a strong pool of Associates and is able to utilize her strong network of resources. She is happy to go that extra mile ensuring the perfect fit.
