Meet the Owners

  • Sara Epsztein and Mike Epsztein are the local owners of the Express Employment Professionals located in Acton/Boxborough, MA and Leominster, MA. This office was founded in 2015, led by this father-daughter team, and has quickly earned a reputation for responsiveness and service excellence, achieving the coveted “Circle of Excellence” award in 2020 through 2023. They previously also owned the Express Employment Professionals office in Chelmsford, MA from 2006 - 2019.

    Before joining Express, Sara worked at IBM for 11 years in Software Development and IT Consulting Services. Sara held various management and technical positions including a 3-year assignment in China responsible for building & managing a software development organization of 400+ engineers. Sara has a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from University of Texas-Austin. From 2014-2015, Sara served as VP Membership for the Merrimack Valley SHRM chapter. She is bilingual in French and English. Sara lives in Boxborough with her husband, Darin, and three step-children.

    Prior to Express, Mike had a 30-year career in the oil field, electronics and semiconductor businesses, working for such large organizations as Schlumberger, RVSI and FEI Company as a Divisional Executive. Mike has an Engineering background. He graduated with an MSEE from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace in Toulouse, France. He has lived in the USA for the last 30 years. Mike and his wife Francoise are now US citizens. They have three grown-up children.
