Channing joined our team in 2022 as a Recruiting Specialist. Channing is our front line for engaging, recruiting & screening candidates. Channing makes over 100 recruiting calls per week to ensure we have a steady flow of applicants. She also manages our payroll and front office with excellence.

Light Industrial Employment Specialist

Courtney originally started with the Express office in New Braunfels, TX as an Employment Specialist in 2019. We were lucky she wanted to move back home to Amarillo & that she joined our team in 2020. Courtney consistently manages over 80 employees for our office.

Administrative Employment Specialist

Melissa joined the Express team in 2012 as an Employment Specialist and has 22 years’ experience in the staffing industry. Melissa’s vast knowledge of recruiting consistently places her in the top ranks of our company from a production standpoint. Her endeavor is to make a difference in the lives of those in her community and truly believes that this has been her calling.

Branch Manager/Business Development

Tim spent his first five years with Express in the Edmond, Oklahoma market developing the businesses around the OKC metro. Tim was promoted in 2016 to a Leadership position and moved back to the Amarillo area where he grew up. “Our office strives for customer service excellence & to be the #1 full-service staffing provider in the Amarillo area.”
