Meet Mark Leupold

With experience in the staffing industry and established roots in the Appleton, WI, community, Mark and Mary Leupold were drawn to Express Employment Professionals through its Boost to Ownership (BTO) Program. The BTO program is designed to offer qualified staffing industry employees an opportunity to become Express Franchisees.

Mark received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ripon College in Ripon, WI, where he also played Division III football. Mark began his professional career as a financial representative before entering the staffing industry as a recruiter. Once in the industry, he was quickly promoted to business development manager before being moved into a branch manager position.

Having been in the staffing industry since 2010, Mark has developed a passion for recruiting and helping businesses with their hiring challenges. Mark sees the BTO Program as his path to business ownership in the industry he has affection for. 

Mark and Mary, who have been married since 2011, look forward to fulfilling their vision of making the Fox Cities and surrounding areas a better place by growing the Express brand to its maximum potential. Mary works at the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region, where she serves non-profits throughout the community. Mark and Mary are active in Appleton where Mark is a member of Young Appleton Professionals and Mary is a board member for WisconSibs, a nonprofit for Wisconsin siblings of people with disabilities.
