Haydn joined the Express Employment – Baldwin County team in August 2014. She worked as a Front Office Coordinator before moving to an Employment Specialist role on an Industrial Desk and then Office Services. She held those positions for seven years before accepting the offer of Office Manager. She strives to bring out the best in her team and uses their strengths and expertise to constantly move the needle forward. Her favorite part about this career is helping people in our local community! Haydn has lived in Baldwin County her whole life and is glad to call this area home. She is happily married and lives in South Baldwin County with her husband, Nick, and two children, Toby and Maggie. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family – going to the beach, attending classic car shows, or camping!

Katrese is an award-winning sales professional with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Account Management. She has been with Express Employment Professionals for over 8 years, and is passionate about inspiring her team to deliver superior client care to all of their valued clients! She is consistently on our Top 50 Sales Reps each year for the entire company. She is driven to build strong client relationships, and help clients reach their revenue and production goals by understanding their needs and meeting them. Katrese is most satisfied when she has helped customers feel like they are a part of our Express Family! In her spare time, you will find Katrese enjoying beautiful Alabama and Florida Beaches and spending time with her beloved family and pets. 

Cameron was born and raised in Indiana. He has lived in Colorado, Maryland and now is happy to call Spanish Fort home. He is married with four beautiful children, two boys and two girls. Cameron is a military veteran with a tour in Afghanistan under his belt. Aside from his military service, he comes to the staffing industry from previously working in the car manufacturing industry. When Cameron is not working, he loves to spend time with family and friends, play video games and watch NFL, GO EAGLES! 

Introducing Courtnee Chapman, a proud Northwest Arkansas native who now calls Baldwin County her home since April 2022. She's not only a devoted wife to her best friend but also a loving mother to two wonderful kids. Wendy is a native of Baldwin County; and a proud mom of two handsome sons. She also has two fur babies.  Wendy holds a Bachelors in Sociology from Troy University. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time at home. 

 

Serena Meloun is our Payroll and Accounts Receivables Manager for all the Ashcraft offices. She works with associates and clients to help create a supported and efficient payroll process. Serena has worked for 16 years in hospitality; most recently as a General Manager of a Marriott branded hotel. Serena holds a BA in Human Environmental Science for Hotel and Restaurant Management/Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama. When Serena is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, cats and watching movies. She has a passion for Ferrer Rocher chocolates and Indian cuisine.

 

Meet Alexandra "Allie" Dubose, the Marketing extraordinaire overseeing various Express Employment Professionals and SRG offices in Mobile, Baldwin County, Emerald Coast, Tallahassee, and LaGrange, GA. She joined Express in 2017. Allie brings over a decade of marketing and sales experience to the table. 

A graduate of the University of South Alabama, she earned her Bachelor's in Marketing Management in 2013. During her time at South Alabama, Allie's entrepreneurial spirit shone through as she founded the Professional Sales & Marketing Club, which has flourished since her graduation. Following her academic success, Allie ventured to New England, where she honed her skills in the dynamic world of radio, working for a sports station just outside Boston, MA. She was selected as Access Magazine's 2021 50 Most Beautiful in our local community. She was recently selected as an honoree for Business Alabama and AGC's 40 under 40 in 2023 for Commercial Construction.  

Beyond the office, Allie thrives in the great outdoors, embracing a wide array of activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and live music. With an impressive background and an infectious zeal for life, she is a force to be reckoned with in the marketing realm. Charlotte, a proud native of Pennsylvania, has discovered her home here in Baldwin County. With an impressive track record of six years and counting in the Recruiting and Human Resources industry, she has established herself as a seasoned professional.
