Stacey has served on the Bellingham team for over 25 years. She is also an owner of Express Employment Professionals in Everett. Stacey has served as a Developer Rep for Express headquarters with a focus in British Columbia helping individuals start their own Express Franchise as well as coach, consult, and support each office towards success during the year. Her passion is helping others succeed through servant leadership and helping companies in both Whatcom and Snohomish County with their Human Resource and Staffing needs while making a difference in the lives of so many people by helping them gain employment.

Stacey recently graduated from Express Leadership Academy after attending for 3 years. She is also certified in the Staffing Industry by the American Staffing Association as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist as well as a Certified Staffing Professional. Prior to Express Stacey earned a certificate in Fashion Merchandising at Bellingham Technical College. Outside of work Stacey enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her family.

Shannon Jacoby graduated from Western Washington University with a BS in Human Resource Management. She is currently working for the Bellingham office and has been employed there since 2002. She is responsible for the Professional Staffing Niche- Accounting/Finance and HR. She started with commercial staffing, moved to professional staffing, and during the recession oversaw professional staffing and administrative staffing. She moved back to professional staffing 3 years ago! Shannon was SHRM Member of the year in 2011 and 2013, has received multiple awards for staffing, and achieved the Century Club in 2018.

Melissa joined Express in April 2008. As our Business developer, Melissa enjoys her time out in the community connecting with businesses. "I love our purpose at Express...to help people succeed! Our team is dedicated and fun. We take pride in what we do and it shows." Melissa is a proud mother of two. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, downhill skiing, and boating with her family.

Jennifer joined the Express Team in 2004. She has always worked in customer service and enjoys helping others! Jennifer started as a Front Desk Coordinator, then to Employment Specialist and now heading up our Skilled Trades division. She says that helping people succeed in their jobs and put food on their tables is the most rewarding part of her position and a key reason why she has been with Express for so long. Outside of her work life, Jennifer enjoys working on her Pinterest projects and spending time with her kids, nieces, and nephews.

Melissa joined the fabulous Bellingham Express team in 2011. She loves being on the front lines with all the action as a front office coordinator. Melissa most enjoys getting to see the anticipation on an applicant's face and then the ultimate satisfaction of gaining employment when they leave as an associate of Express Employment!

When Melissa is not outside spending time with her family and pets, you can find her cruising around in her MG convertible or watching sports on TV. 

 

Shea joined Express in Bellingham in January of 2022. Before joining Express she attended Western Washington University where she earned her BA in Political Science. She loves to spend her spare time reading, swimming, and cooking. As Recruiting Specialist, she takes pride in helping her team find amazing Express associates, and helping her community find work. 

 

Natalie joined the Express Employment Professionals team in October of 2020. Natalie started as one of our Front Office Coordinators and then moved into Intake and Recruiting. While doing intake and recruiting she was working with applicants, posting jobs, running our social media, and interviewing candidates! Natalie has now become one of our Light Industrial Employment specialists, working with hundreds of associates helping with job matching, and assisting however else is needed! In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends, family, and pet bunny Mochi. 

 

Keeley joined the Express Employment Professionals team in Bellingham at the beginning of 2019. She started as a Recruiting Specialist, conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, making inquiry calls, doing resume searching, and attending job fairs. Keeley is now a Light Industrial Employment Specialist placing hundreds of people in new jobs each month. She enjoys learning about people and loves making sure everyone is set up for success!  Besides working for Express, Keeley has actively been volunteering for Special Olympics for over 10 years. She can also be found hanging out with her husband, her niece, and her family or decorating and cleaning her house.

Henry has been cheering on Express since 2015! He loves being in the Bellingham office and greeting his friends in the office. Outside of the office you can find Henry playing fetch, chasing birds, and going for long walks.
