Born and raised in Canby, OR, Turner attended George Fox University, where she gained a BA in Human Resources & Organizational Development. In June 1997, Turner joined the Express Bend team as the Managing Director of the company's professional staffing division, which is now known as Specialized Recruiting Group, an Express Employment Professionals company.
