Cassie Holbert
Recruiter- started with Express
in June 2021. Cassie was born and raised here on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi.
After many years of traveling, she is excited to be home and serve the people
of the Gulf Coast! She loves hanging out on the water with her friends and
family, reading a good book, and eating endless amounts of Buffalo Wild Wings.

Elizabeth Cook
Recruiter- started with Express Employment in January 2021. Elizabeth
graduated from Pass Christian High School and went on to study Psychology at
William Carey University. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with
her favorite person, her daughter, Haidyn and traveling.
Lauren Davis
Recruiter- started in March 2020. Lauren started off as a Front Office Coordinator and moved to an Industrial Recruiter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on the boat, and helping others in any way possible. "I plan to grow personally and professionally every day while working for this amazing company!"
Katelyn Hults
Recruiter-joined the team in 2018 after graduating from The University of Southern
Mississippi, with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Katelyn has held many different titles here at Express, but is now doing what she loves & helping others as our Administrative Recruiter. Originally from the Mississippi
Gulf Coast, Katelyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and spoiling her Doodle,
Patton.
Ashley Pham
Executive Assistant- Biloxi native who started working with Express in January 2021 for the CEO. Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2020. When not running errands around town, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family/friends and, of course, shopping!
Ashley Mitchell
Payroll & Risk Management - joined the team in April 2015 after graduating with a Speech Pathology degree from The University of
Southern Mississippi. At first, she assisted with administrative recruiting. Then, she transitioned and took over payroll,
benefits, and risk management. She loves the importance of team effort. Ashley told us, "Regardless of
what it may be, Express strives to make sure all our clients and associates are
taken care of." Ashley enjoys traveling and spending
time with family and friends. She lives in Ocean Springs with her
husband Cory, and her 2 dogs Jax and Tobie.
Nick Purdy
VP Commercial Recruiting- has
been with Express since March of 2014. Nick started as an Industrial Recruiter, and now has moved into his role as Vice President of Recruiting where he focuses on recruiting and retaining top talent along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He currently resides in Pascagoula with his beautiful wife Alyssa, daughter Ann
Marie and son Abe.
Jared Crocker
VP Professional Search - has
been with Express since 2012. He graduated with a degree in Business Management
from the University of Southern Mississippi. Jared is a member of the
Specialized Recruiting Group at Express. Prior to joining Express, he sold real
state in Colorado for eight years. He currently resides in Pascagoula with his
beautiful wife Kristin and three amazing children, Bishop, Aubree and Lincoln.
Express provides Jared an opportunity to help people make differences in their
own lives and help businesses along the Coast, all while working with friends.
Mollie Rockstad
CFO -joined
the team in August of 2014. She
currently works alongside the owner. Mollie leads all special projects, events,
benefits, philanthropies, and internal hiring. She also handles all things
finance, including asset management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
for six of our Express locations: Biloxi, MS; Hattiesburg, MS; Auburn, AL; Metairie, LA;
Baton Rouge, LA; and Brandon, FL. Mollie also oversees risk management at these locations as well.
She currently resides in Gulfport with her husband, her daughter Ren, son Rory, and two
dogs.
