After a number of years in the tourism and hospitality industries and working in several different countries, Bradley has been in the employment business since March 2010 where he began as a staffing consultant in the Burlington Ontario Express Franchise. After two years working with local people and local companies, Bradley switched gears and focused on Skilled Trades recruitment. In March 2013, Bradley became a co-owner of the Burlington Franchise and helped grow the business to a level which had the Burlington office working with over 200 people per week at over 60 different companies in the Burlington and Oakville Area. 

In July 2016 an opportunity became available and Bradley purchased the Cambridge Express office. "Cambridge is a growing market. It has great local people that are on the lookout for a new position. Our team wants to get people hired. Temp jobs are great, but we want to get people there next long-term job." 

The Cambridge office only works with Cambridge companies. "We don't work in the surrounding areas such as Guelph or Kitchener. The Cambridge office works with Cambridge companies. We are in Cambridge, for Cambridge"

Elaine has spent more than a decade in recruitment and started with Express Employment in 2017, working her way up to becoming the Branch Manager of the Cambridge office. In her current role, she balances the needs of clients, candidates, and office staff to create a synergized approach focused on delivering the highest standards of customer service to all. Elaine has helped the Cambridge office achieve record success and continues to drive it's growth and development forward.  

Trish is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years' experience working as a Professional Recruiter. Working within the staffing industry and in corporate environments has enabled her to develop essential skills to attract top talent for many large and small companies in the Tri- City area. Trish is taking on the development of a new division with Express Cambridge, focusing on Professional Search and Contract Staffing in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources.

Tiffany is the Professional Business Development Manager for Express Employment in Cambridge. With many years of people management, sales, training, and coaching experience, she specializes in engaging with clients, developing strong connections, identifying and seeking out opportunities in the community while building trust and communicating openly. 

Donna joined Express Employment in August 2017 in the role of Front Office Coordinator. As the Director of First Impressions for the office she has a variety of responsibilities that include greeting and assisting candidates with the registration process, reception and handling inquiries, payroll, AR/AP and many other administrative duties and tasks. Donna also oversees the Associate Appreciation program which aims to provide recognition and thanks to our hard working associates while supporting and collaborating with the recruitment team.

Sherry Sousa brings over 18 years of Customer Service & Administration skills experience to the Express Employment Professional Team.  In her role as a Front Office Coordinator, she provides the highest-level support to her team. She is involved with the day-to-day operation, support Accounts Receivable, Payroll and is our office Health & Safety Representative.

Agnese started working at Express in August 2020 as a Recruitment Specialist and has quickly progressed into a role as an Employment Specialist in 2021. She first developed her passion for recruitment after attending the Human Resource Management program at Conestoga College and continues to build on her skills and experience. In her current role as an Employment Specialist she is looking forward to building long lasting relationships with clients and associates and helping as many people as she can find fulfilling employment.

Anisha began her career working as a recruitment specialist for Express in 2022, where she focuses on attracting candidates for light industrial jobs. She conducts interviews with multiple candidates to identify the best match for the job. She has previous experience in management and human resources which has helped her make connections with candidates while assisting them in their job search. She enjoys recruitment because it allows her to meet new people and help them find work. 

 Shiney began working for as a Recruitment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals in December 2022. Shiney completed her Master’s in Human Resources Management which has provided her with the necessary skills to filter and find highly skilled candidates. She is responsible for hiring light industrial workers as well as helping candidates find their long-term roles. Shiney, also enjoys working with social media and so is the social media manager at Express Employment Cambridge.
