    Who We Are 

    Express Employment Professionals of Centennial has been serving the communities of Centennial, Englewood, Aurora, Parker, Sedalia, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village and Castle Rock since 2003. In 2012 Dan Kastanek began his career with Express helping connect job seekers with local companies. He quickly found his work with Express to be fulfilling and began to plan for and work towards Franchise Ownership. In his time with Express he has found success working each position within the office including Front Office Coordinator, Staffing Consultant, Outside Sales and Branch Manager before purchasing in the office in 2016 and gaining the new title of Franchisee. In 2018, after the birth of their first daughter, Dan's wife, Melissa joined the Express team and it has been a family affair ever since. Dan and Melissa take great pride in owning and operating a small business that serves the community in which they live.

    Front Office Coordinator

     I'm Callie Sirmans, and I'm thrilled to be your Front Desk Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals. Originally from Georgia, I've recently made the vibrant landscapes of Colorado my new home. Besides my role at Express, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and am passionate about connecting with new people. On a personal note, my husband and I love exploring the breathtaking scenery around the world. Our household is completed by three adorable feline companions who bring endless joy to our lives. I'm here to ensure smooth operations at the front desk and assist you with any inquiries you may have. While I'm not a recruiter, my goal is to make your experience with Express Employment Professionals as positive and seamless as possible. Looking forward to being part of this fantastic team!

    Senior Employment Specialist

    Kristen started with Express 5 years ago in New York before making the move to Colorado! She started as the Front Office Coordinator, an entry level position, after spending several years managing fast food restaurants, and worked her way through the ranks moving into several other departments such as Sales and Recruiting. When she started with us in Centennial, she was managing our Light Industrial and Skilled Trades desk as an Employment Specialist where she played a vital part in our small team to hit our quarterly and annual goals, resulting in one of our best years to date! A little over a year later, she was accepted into Express Employment International's Office Services training program where she spent a week collaborating with other Employment Specialists and Corporate Trainers to grow her knowledge in the office world of the staffing industry and better learn how to serve our clients and associates! Kristen now leads our Office Services & Professional Staffing division helping associates and clients in our community find jobs/talent such as Administrative Assistants, Customer Service Reps, HR & Payroll Assistants, Accounting Staff and more! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and two fur babies, hitting up the local breweries, hiking, astrology and binging a good Netflix Series!

    Employment Specialist

    Fernando was born in New Jersey but grew up in Lakewood, CO. He attended CSU (Fort Collins) and Metro State University where he received his Bachelor's in Criminology. Before joining Express in 2022 he worked in the Healthcare IT space for about decade. He also has many years of experience in Digital Broadcasting (online radio) and music entertainment including a music/talk radio show host for 3+ years where he eventually became manager/senior partner of the station. Fernando enjoys being outside, movies, camping, finding new restaurants and traveling.

    Employment Specialist

    Connor was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and moved to Colorado to attend college. He recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder where he received a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the Leeds School of Business. Connor has experience in hospitality and information management and is excited to join the Express team to learn more about the HR and staffing space! In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, trying out new restaurants, and binging tv shows / movies!
