Matthew joined the Express Family in
March of 2015. He loved singing, hiking and community outreach. Matthew made a
huge impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. After his sudden
passing in March of 2018 our Express Employment family is doing everything we
can to honor him and keep his spirit alive with the Matthew Swena Memorial Scholarship
at Centralia College.
Ashley Witchey
Office Manager
Ashley joined the Express team in
April of 2015. She started as the Front Office Coordinator, scheduling
interviews and working closely with associates to prepare them for the
interview process. She moved into a staffing consultant position in January of
2016 and has since taken on the role of Office Manager. Ashley Enjoys working
very closely with Express clients to find just the right person for their
needs, and working with the quickly growing Express staff to reach out and
contribute to the community in any way possible. Growing up in this area, she
is excited about the opportunity to connect local people with the great
companies that are looking for their skills. Ashley is a huge football fan and
mother of two; she has a competitive spirit but also loves working in a team to
accomplish goals.
Guy Steele
Business Developer
Guy Steele joined the Express team,
in Centralia, in January 2016 and has been helping in various ways to find job
opportunities for community residents. He is focused on developing long lasting
partnerships with companies within Lewis County. When he is not in the
community offering staffing solutions for their growing business operations he
is in the community serving the people of Lewis County. Aside from being a
contributor to the Twin Cities he is a loving husband and father to his wife
Tessa and their 3 children Allisyn, Guy (Bubber) and Shiloh. He says, “My
motivation is to be the change I want to see and the rest will work itself
out.” You may also notice Guy moonlighting as Mr. Twister, a balloon artist.
Guy feels it a privilege to assist clients and associates in reaching their
goals.
Danielle Wood
Safety/Risk Manager
Danielle joined the Express team in
April of 2016 as payroll, working the back office duties and was promoted oon
after that to a Staffing Consultant, working in both the Industrial and
Administrative divisions to match people and their skills to companies in the
area. She has since been promoted to an area that is a passion of hers, Safety!
Danielle grew up in Lewis County and lives in Chehalis with her husband,
Christian, and their two kids Sierra (7) and Gabriel (4). Danielle loves
spending time outdoors with her family camping, hiking, riding horses and
shooting. She also enjoys board and card games.
Brandy Weaver
Industrial Staffing Consultant
Brandy joined the Express team in
November of 2016. She been both a Staffing Consultant and a Front Office Coordinator but best enjoys greeting associates
and helping get them started off right in the Express process. Brandy is a lover of Art,
she studied Art history at Western Washington University and Graduated spring
of 2016 with her BA in Art History. She also enjoys traveling and has been to
many countries around Europe. Her biggest aspiration is to help people, and
that is what drew her to working at Express.
Rachel Grandorff
Industrial Staffing Consultant
Rachel joined the Express team in
March 2017 as the Front Office Coordinator. She has over 10 years of experience
working in the marketing and customer service industry. Rachel grew up in the
Lewis County area, where she, her husband and two children currently reside. One
of her biggest passions in life is helping people, which is why she is excited
about the opportunity to be working within the community and meeting new
people. Rachel enjoys traveling, attending country music festivals and
crafting. She is always up for a new adventure and feels privileged to be
working at Express.
Amber Cook
Payroll and Accounts Receivable
Amber Cook joined the Express team in
September 2017. Amber was brought on to handle payroll and billing. She works
closely with both associates and our clients to assure a smooth payroll process
for everyone. Amber is also the face behind the scenes helping out the entire
office in any way she can. Amber is a mother of 3 and moved to Lewis County 9
years ago from Thurston County to enjoy the country life. She keeps busy year
round with local sports programs either with coaching or organizing the teams,
she loves the outdoors and staying active.
Sierra Nikula
Administrative Staffing Consultant
Sierra joined the Express team in
November of 2017 as the Administrative Staffing Consultant. She graduated from
Central Washington University with her Bachelors in Communications with a
specialization in Marketing. She then moved back to her hometown with her
husband to help make Lewis County a better place. Sierra enjoys building
relationships with her clients and associates and facilitating the perfect job
placement. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, doing DIY
projects around the house, being outdoors and riding her horses.
