nomination for Express Personnel’s employee of the month program, I felt
compelled to submit Chandler Rinehart’s name as a nomination. Chandler was been with us for approximately 3 months and
during that time he has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
On multiple occasions, he has demonstrated loyalty, commitment and
dedication to the company and has been a truly invested
team member. His colleagues and co-workers find him to be a strong
constituent of the team. Chandler has surpassed expectations in regards
to work ethic and performance in his duties.
Chandler is very reliable and his attendance is excellent, He is very
safety minded and is continuously looking for better and safer ways to
preform, not only his tasks, but the job tasks of others. Chandler has
an exceptional attitude regarding working and

“I would respectfully submit Jamie Taylor for your employee of the Month for April. Jamie has done a terrific job for us here since she has been placed here. She has had perfect attendance and her get it done positive attitude is well appreciated. She always has a smile on her face and a positive “how can I assist” attitude. We have gotten compliments on her attitude from multiple Operations floor workers who interact with Jamie when getting batteries for their fork-lifts. Additionally she is not shy about asking clarifying questions if she is not sure on a task/procedure. She has also worked “outside the box” of her core Maintenance Helper/battery changer responsibilities drawing on her past background in computer spread sheets and other programs to help not only myself but other Maintenance employee be more efficient in their use of these programs and spread sheets.” Recommendation made by Supervisor
