Since then, he has ascended to the esteemed role of Managing Director for the SRG Champaign team. In this capacity, he not only continues to excel in recruiting and placing top-tier candidates, but also leads a dedicated team of Executive Recruiters, focused on identifying and securing highly qualified professionals for fulfilling career opportunities.

Originally from Sedro Woolley, WA, Gordon brings a distinctive perspective forged by a distinguished career in the Marine Corps before joining our ranks. His commitment to excellence is underscored by his attainment of a bachelor's degree from Liberty University, with a focused study in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Life Coaching. At Specialized Recruiting Group, Gordon finds his greatest fulfillment in facilitating the advancement of highly qualified professionals within the community, guiding them toward lucrative and meaningful career paths. Denzel started at SRG in February 2024 and brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as an Executive Recruiter. Born and raised in Carbondale, IL, Denzel moved to the Champaign area to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to pursue his education in Civil Engineer. This journey has led him to becoming a respected recruiting professional, utilizing his engineering-driven mindset to help people find the next steps in their careers. 

Denzel's mission at Specialized Recruiting Group is to cultivate his recruiting abilities even more and create meaningful partnerships between exceptional candidates and forward-thinking organizations. As the newest Executive Recruiter to SRG Champaign's team, Denzel has established himself as a force to be reckoned with, and his favorite quote, "You were inspired by the world, allow the world to be inspired by you.", encapsulates his unwavering determination and drive.

Juliana joined the Specialized Recruiting Group team in February 2024 as a Recruiting Sourcer, bringing a wealth of skills and a unique perspective to her role. She has lived in multiple countries, born and raised in Brazil, she moved to Canada in 2022, and then Champaign, IL in 2023. With a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Juliana has a deep understanding of the industry. Outside of work, Juliana is a cat mom to her kitten, Minerva, and loves to spend time outdoors with friends and family. 

At SRG, Juliana loves connecting candidates with their ideal opportunities and embracing the company's driven and inclusive culture. Her friends describe her as a perfect balance of someone who loves to have a good laugh but is also a reliable listener and can be serious when needed.
