Brad Hake, Owner, opened Express Employment Professionals in Chattanooga, TN in 1999. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Brad and his wife Nicole have five children who keep them very busy! He once had dinner with Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and asked what Dale did for a living. Brad was the 2012 Express Employment Professionals Franchisee of the Year Award Winner.

Nicole Hake, VP of Operations, started with Express in 2017.  Nicole lives on Signal Mountain with her husband Brad, their 5 children, and fur babies.  She loves spending time outdoors and traveling the world.

Felicia Harlan, VP of Operations, has been a part of Express since 2011. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education from Covenant College. Felicia lives in Rock Spring, Ga with her husband Chris and three of their children, Grace, Lanie and Rosie.  She loves spending time with her family and their fur babies Jax and Josie. She worked for the Walker County Board of Education at Rock Spring Elementary for seven years before joining the Express team.

Brittany Sprayberry, Professional and Administrative Employment Specialist, started with Express in 2006. She lives in Rock Spring, GA with her husband Justin and their son Thai. Brittany loves traveling with her family and has been an active member of the North Georgia Chamber of Commerce since 2014.

Joel Walker, Professional and Administrative Employment Specialist, has been with Express since 2012. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. He lives in Chattanooga, TN with his wife Shoshannah, their daughter Mya, and their three dogs. Joel is an avid dog trainer for obedience and field.

Rebecca Rains, Outside Sales Representative, has been a part of Express since 2012. She has an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences through Miller Motte. Rebecca lives in Chattanooga, TN with her three children. Rebecca enjoys organizing, scrap booking, and all office supplies.  Rebecca is one of the most optimistic people you will ever meet and has been known as the Express cheerleader!

Melody Markum, Payroll Manager, has been with Express since 2010. She lives in Soddy-Daisy, TN with her husband Travis and their two children, Kaylee and Jordan. Melody has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Intermont College. 

Carolina, Payroll Specialist, is a Chattanooga native and has been with the Express team since January of 2020. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and enjoys writing, documentaries of any kind and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.  

 

 

 

Nicole Brown, Senior Employment Specialist, has been with the Express team since 2006. Native of Chattanooga, Nicole now lives in Cleveland, TN with her husband Jeff and their three children. She is a member of Crossroads Community Church and avid sports enthusiast. Go VOLS!

Sandra Spirko, Employment Specialist, has been with Express since 2013. She has an Associate's Degree in Emergency Medical Services from Westchester Community College and five years' experience working in Human Resources before joining Express. Sandra lives in Chattanooga, TN with her Yorkie, Charley. She is an avid book collector, art enthusiast, and is fluent in Spanish, while currently learning to speak Mandarin. 

Felix Miller, Employment Specialist, started with Express in 2020. He has a bachelor's degree in English from Harvard College, and lives in Hixson with his wife and two children. He has worked in staffing for twenty years. He enjoys reading, watching soccer and cycling, and the opportunity to listen to people's stories.

 

 

 

Lisa Smith, Employment Specialist, joined the Express team in November of 2020. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Office Administration and Technology. Lisa enjoys the creative process of managing our official TikTok page as well as dabbling with interior design/decoration in her free time. She recently bought a house in Dalton, GA and is currently settling in there with her husband Brad, their dogs Ellie and Baby, and their cat Mia.

 

 

Justin Travis, Employment Specialist, has been with Express since March 2021.  He has a background in logistics management and recruiting.  Justin is a fan of having an audience, whether it's leading group orientations for some of our top clients, telling dad jokes and sharing puns with his co-workers, or playing video games while streaming on Twitch.  

 

Jessica Steele, Employment Specialist, has been with Express since 2017. Jessica and Josh live in Rock Spring, GA and spend most of their time with their beautiful daughter Joey Grace. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to live music, and spoiling her fur baby Sassy.  She is Express's social butterfly!

Destiny Davenport, Employment Specialist, has been with the Express team since 2021. She lives in Ringgold, GA with her two sons Warner and Cannon and two cats Lavender and Itachi. She is a prior Military Intelligence Analyst, who enjoys murder and historical documentaries, Harry Potter, traveling, food and attending concerts. Her favorite bands include Mayday Parade, Broadside and Bring me the Horizon, and her house is Ravenclaw. 

 

 

 

Crystal Calderon, Recruiting Specialist, joined Express in March 2022. Crystal is originally from California and was raised in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. She has been living in Chattanooga, TN with her husband Daniel and two charming kids Maximo and Mia for 10 years now. She enjoys the simple things in life like taking her kids to the park on a Saturday or attending church service on Sunday.  She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping others. Her motto is always stay humble!

 

Estrella Rodriguez, Front Office Coordinator, has been with Express since 2023.  Estrella happily meets everyone at the front desk with a smile.
