Work schedule: Night shift, Work 2 days, off 3 days, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

•Weld and fabricate all modifications

•Make all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance checks for paint equipment

•Keep equipment clean and dust free

•Assist Automation Tech with needed repairs

•Apply 5 “S” Standards to paint line equipment

•Attend all classes and training required by the company

•Install and maintain a wide variety of complicated electrical, and electronic transmission testing

and control equipment, single or 3-phase, up to a maximum, voltage used plant and on

injection equipment

•Diagnose and solve any type of electrical or electronic trouble with switchboards, test

boards, motors, starters, switches, circuits, and controls

•Install conduit and wiring, piping for pneumatic or hydraulic systems

•Build from wiring diagrams and sketches, large single-phase and 3- phase equipment

•Diagnose and repair breakdowns to electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment in Injection Dept.

•Keep up with existing changes in the National Electrical code

•Operate a variety of power tools including grinders, drill presses, saws-all

•Responsible for rigging and moving machinery and accurate installation

•Assure all equipment is properly lubricated and maintained

•Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs on all paint line equipment

•Assist maintenance technicians in other groups as required

Pay range: $33-$37/hr

Chattanooga-based Food Processing Manufacturing facility is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians on night shift.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance on high-speed, smaller-scale, food machines. Must have electrical troubleshooting/maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment 

Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions, Perform and aid in developing preventative and predictive maintenance tasks, Light welding, machine shop, and fabrication experience is preferred.  A strong commitment to teamwork and working safely is a MUST.

Pay range: $20-$24/hr

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10p-6:30a with Fridays for OT

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems.
• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
• Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday- 8a-4:30pm

Pay rate range:

• Provides clerical support to HR department.
• Maintain contact with vendors.
• Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law and work with HR leadership to ensure workplace safety.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED with three (3) or more years of experience will be taken into consideration.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics

This is a Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm onsite position. Located roughly 12 miles south of Calhoun GA and 50 miles southeast of Chattanooga.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
