Maria O'Connell joined Express Employment Professionals in July of 2015 as the owner of the Chester County (Main Line), PA office. She and her team partner with a variety of businesses of all sizes, across many industries, providing a full range of staffing services to help ensure client's maximum flexibility and cost savings. 

Prior to joining Express, Maria spent over 25 years in Healthcare IT and is an experienced leader in quality management, learning /workforce development and program management. She has held positions leading international teams in the US, India and Germany. Maria supports area businesses with many years of first-hand experience facing the same challenges and opportunities that they face on a daily basis.  Maria received a BSBA from Kutztown University, completed a M.Ed. at Penn State and an MBA at NYIT.

Kelly Clarke has been in staffing and recruiting since 2009. Passionate about opening doors for associates and client, she focuses on creating lasting partnerships.  Kelly and her team in Malvern are proud to partner with great organizations across the Chester County and SE PA region to get the right people, in the right seat, at the right time. 

A graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, Canada, Kelly studied International Business. She is on the Board of Directors at the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and is grateful for the many supportive and local business communities in the region.
