Maria O'Connell joined Express Employment Professionals in July of 2015 as the owner of the Chester County (Main Line), PA office. She and her team partner with a variety of businesses of all sizes, across many industries, providing a full range of staffing services to help ensure client's maximum flexibility and cost savings.
Prior to joining Express, Maria spent over 25 years in Healthcare IT and is an experienced leader in quality management, learning /workforce development and program management. She has held positions leading international teams in the US, India and Germany. Maria supports area businesses with many years of first-hand experience facing the same challenges and opportunities that they face on a daily basis. Maria received a BSBA from Kutztown University, completed a M.Ed. at Penn State and an MBA at NYIT.
Kelly Clarke is the General Manager of Express Employment Professionals and the Specialized Recruiting Group. After graduating from Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario) she entered the world of staffing in 2013 and never looked back. Passionate about making genuine connections in the Chester County area, Kelly is on the Board of Directors for the Exton Chamber of Commerce and was named a Vista.Today Millennial Superstar in 2021. Kelly is committed to making a difference in the greater Philadelphia community by helping as many people as possible discover their talents in the workforce and connect them to great leaders who will value them in their organization.
