Meet the Owners

Since 2007, when Pat and Renee Ashworth took over the Express Cheyenne office, their goal is to "help people succeed". From the associate who is looking for the new career, to the manager that is looking for the right employee to take them to the next level of success.

Renee is the Operations Manager of the Cheyenne and Laramie offices, having previously worked in the Missoula, MT Express office. She currently holds the Profession in Human Resources (PHR), the Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designations. Renee is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is the Past-President of the local chapter. Renee also served as Campaign Co-Chair and board member for the United Way of Laramie County.

Pat, Director of Community Relations & Accounts, has 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing arena. Pat is a member of the Cheyenne Chamber Red Carpet Committee, is the Membership Chairman for the Cheyenne Kiwanis Club and served as Campaign Co-Chair, board member and President for the United Way of Laramie County.

Community involvement is a priority to both Renee and Pat.  They are past Campaign Co-Chairs for the 2013-2014 United Way Campaign, are active in the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club, and serve as Worship Center Hosts for their local church.
