    Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals on a part-time basis. Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and case records. Assist in managing attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines. Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in legal proceedings. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.     Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a business setting.
    2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
    3. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
    4. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
    5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role involves conducting water testing and inspections primarily in schools and hotels, ensuring compliance with safety standards and equipment functionality. The ideal candidate will have HVAC training, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate attention to detail. This is a direct hire position offering competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform water testing and inspections in schools and hotels, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
    • Conduct a minimum of 7 accounts per day, with potential for up to 12 accounts.
    • Take inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
    • Verify the functionality of HVAC equipment as part of the inspection process.
    • Capture photographs of locations and equipment for documentation purposes.
    • Utilize a CRM system to manage client information and service records.
    • Complete a two-week training program followed by two months of focused work in schools and hotels.
    • Eventually, expand responsibilities to include inspections in other facilities as knowledge and experience grow.
    • Travel to various locations within the Southshore region, with approximately 80% of assignments in this area.
    • Utilize own vehicle for transportation to job sites, or use a provided vehicle if preferred.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in water testing, HVAC, or related field is preferred.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
    • Proficiency in capturing and documenting information using digital tools.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Willingness to undergo training and continuously learn new skills.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Salary: The salary range for this position is $55,000++, or more based on skills and experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications may be offered higher compensation within this range.
