    Executive Recruiter

    Thackery joined the Specialized Recruiting Group in January 2022. Prior to working for SRG, Thackery worked as a Sales Manager for over seven years. Thackery specializes in placing candidates in Sales, Sales Management, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Dubuque.

    Executive Recruiter

    Cassie Gibson joined the Specialized Recruiting Group in March 2021 as an Executive Recruiter specializing in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction, Production, and Maintenance. Prior to working for SRG, Cassie worked in customer service roles for over ten years which she uses to benefit her clients and candidates. Cassie has a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Dubuque.

    Lori has over 12 years of experience in staffing where she not only loves helping companies find exceptional employees, her heart grows fonder in training and watching her internal staff grow.  Because of Lori’s servant's heart and dedication, she was awarded the Unsung Champion for Women of Achievement in 2017.  Lori was also presented with the Meritorious Award at Express Employment Professionals International Leadership Conference, out of 850 Express offices in 2018. Lori obtained a BA in Business Administration, Marketing in 2012 from the University of Dubuque.
