Nicki was born overseas in Germany and raised in Virginia. She's been a resident of the beautiful Emerald Coast for 6 years. She joined the Express team in June of 2022. Nicki is a proud mother of four beloved sons. She graduated from Centura College with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Management. Prior to joining the Express family, Nicki worked as an educator for Okaloosa County Schools.  With a strong background in education and local government, Nicki has a passion for helping people succeed. When she's not working, Nicki loves a great book, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family. Jessica has been with our Express family since July of 2022, she started as our Front Office Coordinator and has been working on transitioning into our Payroll Coordinator.

Jessica recently relocated to the Emerald Coast with her family from New Hampshire.  She lived in NH for her entire life, before moving to be closer to family.  Jessica is happily married and has 3 children, a dog, and a cat.  When Jessica isn’t working, you’ll find her doing crafts (sewing, quilting, cross stitching, or crocheting), spending time with her kids and family, or settling in with a good book.

Monisha joined the Express family in late 2022. She serves as the Front Office Coordinator. She's the greeter, and the first smile, our clients see when they walk through our doors. Monisha finds joy in helping others.

 Before coming to us, Monisha gained an associate's degree in nursing with over 16 years of experience, and she still dedicates her time to helping the elderly. Monisha is happily married with three kids and three bonus children. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and traveling. She is also heavily involved in her church.

She serves as a Greeter, leader of the Young Adult Ministry, and youth bible study teacher. Her favorite bible verse is 1 Corthinthians 15:10" But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me—and not without results. For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by His grace."

Dustin grew up near Little Rock, Arkansas. He spent 21 years in the military and obtained two Associates Degrees; one in Applied Science, and one in Human Resource Management. Dustin also completed a Bachelors in Homeland Security. He has over 8 years of experience in sales and recruiting. Dustin is the proud father of 3 kids and loves motorcycles, dog training, and spending time with his family.

Justin grew up near Memphis, TN. He obtained is Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Organizational Communication from Murray State University. He has over a decade of experience in sales, customer service, and training. Justin is the proud father of a son and daughter. He loves motorcycles, old guitars, and his dog, Maggie. 

 Corey was born overseas on the Azores Islands before moving back to the States at a young age. He arrived in Milton in 1998 after his father’s Air Force retirement and has lived in Milton/Pace ever since. He joined Express in February 2023. He has a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of West Florida and is a repository of random facts, making him a solid trivia partner. He has two children, a daughter, and son, which he will brag about endlessly if you let him.  When he’s not with his children, you will find Corey being a card-carrying nerd. He’s an avid Star Wars fan, and plays a lot of board and video games while getting too excited about Atlanta Braves baseball and professional wrestling.
