    MaryBeth began her tenure with Express in April 2013, bringing with her 22 years of Staffing and HR experience and a wealth of knowledge. Her favorite part of the position? "I love helping people, and finding them a place to work." 

    When MaryBeth isn't hard at work placing associates, she enjoys spending time with her family, two sons, and training for marathons.

    Business Development

    Laura recently joined Express as the Business Developer for St. Clair County. Prior to April 2016, Laura worked in Advertising & Marketing as a consultant. Laura's favorite part of her new position? "Every day is different and new. I enjoy meeting new people and getting a better understanding of the issues that business owners face today in staffing."

    When Laura isn't hitting the pavement getting to know her territory, she can be found enjoying family time or taking pictures outdoors.

    Front Office Coordinator

    Rhonda joined the Fairview Heights team in 2016 as the Front Office Coordinator.  "I thoroughly love meeting all the people who come to Express.  It is such a wonderful place to work.  You can always find me scheduling appointments, greeting associates and answering phones for our Team!"

    When She's not working she loves spending time with my family, going to Cardinal Baseball Games or walking & bike riding the trails.

    Senior Industrial Staffing Consultant

    Linda began her career in Staffing in 2006. She joined Express in October 2012, taking over the Industrial sector. Prior to Staffing, Linda spent a number of years in retail, perfecting her customer service skills. Linda's favorite part of her position? "The great feeling I have when I place someone for a job… and receiving a job order."

    When Linda isn't making calls and placing Associates, she can be found spending time with her daughter.

    Staffing Consultant

    Allison began her staffing career in May of 2016 when she started with Express Employment Professionals as an intern.  Upon completing her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Webster University in May of 2017, she joined our Fairview Heights Express team as a full-time Staffing Consultant.  

    Allison staffs for our administrative sector placing job seekers in positions ranging from entry-level career opportunities, to executive-level career opportunities.

    Chelsea joined the Fairview Heights team in 2018 as a Staffing Consultant. Prior to June 2018 Chelsea worked in Human Resources as a full cycle corporate recruiter. Chelsea's favorite part of her new position is meeting new people and helping them get to work.

     

    When Chelsea isn't working hard to get associates to work, she can be found spending quality time with her husband and 3 children. She also loves taking pictures in her portrait studio as well as outdoors.

    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Zretta recently joined Express as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to coming to Express, Zretta was a college instructor in Laredo, TX.  Her favorite part of the job is the phones. "Every time the phone rings, I see it as an opportunity to help put somebody to work.  Putting people to work not only helps build families, but also helps build our communities."

    When Zretta's not working, she can be found walking her fur babies and watching them run after squirrels.
