    Cascading Goals and Actions is a four-hour training where you’ll learn how to make a “one-sheet strategy" and how to cascade company goals down through the organization. This training is geared for any leader in a management position. You’ll leave the training with a one-sheet strategy template and the first level of your cascade complete.

    Culture Changing is a four-hour training that will explore the question of how to change your organization’s culture by working through a four-step progression that will help you develop the work culture you desire. This training is for any employee or manager who needs a better understanding of the steps it takes to change culture. Participants will leave with easy-to-use tools to help break down the process into manageable pieces and multiple pieces along with multiple examples to guide you along the way.

    5S Workplace Organization and Cleanlines

    5S Workplace Organization and Cleanliness is an eight-hour, activity based training intended to showcase the power and utility of this proven strategy to improve workplace organization and cleanliness. This training is for all employees. Participants in this training will learn the fundamentals, complete case studies, and apply 5S to actual work-related processes.

    Lean Manufacturing Simulation

    Lean Manufacturing Simulation is an eight-hour, activity based training that teaches participants Lean principles, practices, and techniques. This training is for manufacturing professionals looking to implement Lean methods into their organization. Participants will experience the power and value of Lean through group activities, case studies, and simulations. In order to create an engaging experience with a variety of perspectives, this event is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

    Interviewing and Onboarding

    Interviewing and Onboarding is a six-hour training where participants will identify and practice asking behavioral and situational questions that align in hiring the right talent for your company. This training is for leaders responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees. Participants will learn how to craft and practice asking behavioral and situational questions, discuss best practices for onboarding then develop their own 90-day onboarding plan.

    Workplace Violence Prevention

    Workplace Violence Prevention is an eight-hour training that gives an overview to best practices in workplace security and violence prevention standards as well as an in-depth look into the worst case scenario: an active shooter at your company. This training is for any employee concerned about workplace safety. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a realistic simulated incident designed to help participants learn how to prepare for, respond to, and recover from an active shooter situation.
