Dwayne and Sandra Williams
had always wanted to own their own business and the opportunity to become
owners of the Guelph Express Employment Professionals beginning September 30,
2008 was an easy decision. The Guelph location opened in February 1997 and since
the beginning, the vision has been to help as many people as possible find good
jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people and the Guelph
team successes are a result of this vision.
We believe that the
economic engine of our country is small businesses, and we are committed to
helping small and mid-size businesses succeed whether through our services or
through referrals to our business colleagues and friends. The Guelph team meets
with job seekers each day to provide support and guidance with their career
ambitions which include a bridge to gain work experience or matching them to
their next career opportunity.
The Guelph location has
an experienced and trained staff providing HR services in the areas of
Commercial and Administrative as well as Direct Hire placements.
On October 1, 2017, the
Guelph location was named a Certified Professional Staffing Franchise. The
Certified Professional Staffing Franchise designation is only awarded to
Express Employment Professionals franchises that have invested in additional
training, coaching, and support, which enables them to more effectively recruit
and place professionals in highly specialized fields.
The Guelph location has
received numerous recognitions that include the annual Circle of Excellence
awarded to the top offices throughout Canada, United States of America and
South Africa.
Our Guelph team supports
many charities including the Guelph Food Bank, Children’s Miracle Wish
Foundation, and the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington.
