    Dwayne Williams began his career with Express Employment Professionals on January 2, 2006 in the role of General Manager of the Guelph location. After a successful start in the Guelph location and leading a very successful and talented team to new levels, Dwayne was promoted to include a second Express location in Cambridge Ontario. 

    Early in 2008, the opportunity to purchase the Guelph location was presented to Dwayne and his wife Sandra and they became owners on September 30, 2008 where they have continued to grow the office year after year and with the help of a team that is driven to be successful. 

    Dwayne has completed the Express University Certified Learning Professional Program and was accepted into the Express Leadership Academy where building entrepreneurial excellence is taken to a whole new level.

    Helping People Succeed is what makes each day rewarding and has allowed the Guelph office and team to be seen as the number one company in our area.

    Sandra has worked in Human Resource at The University of Western Ontario for more than 15 years before moving into a different career in Information Technology with Sunlife supporting client web services and group insurance implementations before joining the Express ownership team.

    She is a hands on manager of her team, manages all inside operations while also conducting associate interviews, going on client meetings, and staying involved in the community. She sincerely believes in the Express mission of Helping People be Successful!

    Caroline brings over 18 years of experience in the retail banking industry, which nine years included the role of Manager of Customer Service. After meeting with the Team at Express and being offered the position, "I was very excited and grateful to be part of such and amazing and caring team".

    Beatrice Merritt started her career with Express Employment Professionals - Guelph as the Front Office Coordinator in April 2019.

    Beatrice originally came to our team as our high school Co-op student in October 2018 during her victory lap year. She had proved to be a welcomed addition to the Guelph team. Not too long after her Co-op term was completed, she was offered the Front Office Coordinator position and she accepted with much enthusiasm.

    She is eager to continue to learn more and grow in the position as she is still beginning this new chapter in her life. She looks forward to helping people find the right job for them.
