Casi Schlesser, who joined Express on December 10th, 2012, now holds the position of Operations Manager. Described by her peers as goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to assisting others and a keen interest in personal growth and challenges, she has garnered several awards during her tenure recognizing her outstanding achievements. These awards include the Leadership Award, the Highest Award for Achievement from Dale Carnegie, the Spirit of the Stoller Group Award, and the Community Service Award. With a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, Casi has honed the skills necessary to be a vital asset to the Express team. She excels in follow-up and follow-through management, exhibits a strong commitment to professionalism, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and adeptly manages large workloads with efficiency. Hunter joined the Express Hillsboro team in August 2022 as a Junior Business Developer and Brand Ambassador. During this time with us, Hunter has shown himself to be an outgoing individual who loves to have fun while working just as hard.

Before Express, Hunter worked for basketball tournaments through Prime-Time Sports. He enjoys playing basketball with his friends and surfing in his free time.

Genesis's time with Express began in August of 2023. She enjoys being part of a community that's accepting and values communication and patience. Her favorite part about working with Express is having people value her thoughts and opinions. Genesis is chatty and outgoing, and is always looking to conquer her next adventure.

Growing up in the Hillsboro area, her favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with her loved ones and find new hobbies to stay busy with. She lives with her family of 8, plus her dog Oakley, and loves it. She is able to adapt to any situation or circumstance she is placed with and loves making conversations with new people.

Kristi first began her career with Express in April of 1988! Kristi was born and raised in Oregon, and she currently lives with her husband of 29 years and their dog, Bailey. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her son, who is currently in college at Portland State. Her friends describe her as someone who takes pride in their work and delivers results.
