Anna Santucci-Braun is the owner and general manager of Howell, NJ franchise.

Anna was born in Moscow, Russia, and holds a MS degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State Aircraft Technology University. She was trained to become a hedge fund analyst, received prestigious certifications such as CFA and CMT, published numerous books and articles in two languages, and grew her financial career for over two decades.

Anna always believed that every person has the right job for them, and the only challenge is to find where and what that job is. After over 20 successful years in the financial career, Anna has embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for finding people the right job and opened the Howell office. As one of the newest and fastest growing offices in Express, Anna is thrilled to bring opportunities to jobseekers in our area, and helping companies hire the right people to achieve their full potential. It's a win/win!

Chris was born in White Plains, NY and attended Rutgers University. He studied Biochemistry before transitioning to Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior. 

During his studies Chris held an executive role in his fraternity. He helped nurture and maintain alumni-relations to foster professional opportunities for current and soon to be graduate members. Chris also participated in various fundraising activities for organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Autism Speaks U.

In addition, while at Rutgers University Chris participated in an internship for a prominent CPA, beginning his journey into the financial services industry. With time Chris achieved positions with Fortune 500 companies as a Fund of Funds/Hedge Fund Administrator and Analyst.

During the Great Recession of 2008 circumstance empowered Chris to make a decision to pivot into small business.  Chris thrived in a diversity of roles such as financial analyst, controller, operations manager and more... He helped a variety of businesses become prominent names in their communities.

Chris continues to practice volunteerism and community outreach in and around Monmouth and Ocean Counties.  He believes that the simplest acts of kindness can greatly and positively impact our community.

Chris understands firsthand that the seeds of opportunity come through hard work and helping hands.  This is why he decided to pursue a new career path in talent recruiting, which is aligned with his love of helping people grow.

Chris joined the Howell office in 2021 as an Employment Specialist.  Each and every day, he uses his old and new skills and experience to help jobseekers achieve their professional goals. 

Teri Klekar was born in Santa Monica, CA, has lived on the West Coast most of her life, and she has recently moved to the East Coast.

Teri holds a BS in Business Administration. She has over 28 successful years of HR and staffing industry experience, having assisted in the placement of thousands of candidates at hundreds of companies. Some of the former jobseekers still keep in touch with Teri, whether they want to hire or are looking for work again.

Teri joined an Express Employment Professionals office in California 8 years ago. Upon her move, she joined the Howell, NJ office in 2023.

When you call our office and speak to Teri, you will immediately sense that she understands how to make transferable skills work in new situations, and knows what it takes to be successful in any industry or position. Her wealth of knowledge stems from the fact that during the course of her career, she worked her way up from the front desk coordinator to a director position. She is an excellent trainer and role model. Teri sets high expectations and takes everything she does and every interaction to the next level.

Joel was born in Red Bank, NJ. He attended Rowan University in 2018 studying to be a physical therapist. Early in his academic career, he realized that was not the path he wanted to take and pursued an education in Film production. He learned the importance of collaboration and communication by producing a talk show and taking various roles in different productions. Along with being a full-time student, he was heavily involved in Rowan University’s Mixed-Marital Arts club. Being a part of the club provided him with a sense of confidence and perseverance.

In 2023, Joel graduated with a BA in Film production. He enjoyed the film production work he did in college but realized that it is not what he wanted to do for a career. However, the stress and uncertainty that comes with job seeking dissipated as soon as he walked into the doors of Express Employment.

Joel joined Team Howell in 2023 and takes pleasure in his role as a Recruiting Specialist. Talking to job seekers and helping them to the best of his ability is what gets him out of bed and into the office each day. He is excited to see where his journey with Express Employment will take him moving forward!

Zuneidy Matos was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. She graduated from Lakewood High school, and worked in a large grocery store in her senior year. Her manager always said she was his go-to person and problem solver. She started as a cashier, and was promoted to customer service representative. She later went back to Puerto Rico to obtain her BA in Education.

In 2019, Zuneidy came back to NJ for what was a brief visit, but she ended up staying here. Now she needed a job, and her mother referred her to Express Employment. She walked through the door looking for anything, and she walked out of the door the same day with an offer to join our team.

In Zuneidy's own words: "Never in a million years would I have thought I would be working for an employment agency. Though I plan to continue my studies and eventually become a teacher, right now I'm working with a wonderful team and continue to give my best and help find jobs for others who are in the same position where I was a year ago. I love to see the excitement on people's faces when we find them that perfect job, and that's what makes me happy to walk through the door each morning."
