Dave Kehlor graduated from Purdue University's Krannert school of Business with a Bachelor's Degree in Management in 1987. Dave worked as a Sales Representative in Chicago for both Mead Corporation and Westvaco. Eunice Kehlor graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988. Eunice worked for both IBM and CompuServ in Chicago prior to starting Express.

In early 1995, Dave and Eunice quit their corporate jobs and moved to Indianapolis to start their first Express franchise in April 1995. Since that time, Express has grown to six locations in Indianapolis and over $40 million in sales in Metro Indy. Dave functions as President of Express and owns both the Indianapolis (West) and Lebanon, IN locations. In addition, Dave is the Indiana Regional Developer for Express Services with 23 locations and over $120 million in sales in the state of Indiana. Dave and Eunice enjoy spending their time with their 3 children.

With a career spanning over 25 years in the staffing industry, Samantha Beaster stands as a leader within our organization as the Director of Operations for our Indianapolis West and Lebanon locations. Samantha's tenure exemplifies a relentless commitment to excellence, driving operational efficiencies and fostering a culture of success. Samantha recently became a franchise partner for both our Indianapolis West and Lebanon offices in January 2024.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Samantha also serves as a Developer Representative for the state of Indiana, leveraging her expertise to shape and influence the regional landscape of talent acquisition and workforce development. In a testament to her dedication and vision.

Outside of Express, Samantha is a proud soccer mom who enjoys playing soccer herself as well as traveling with her family.

Diane's journey with Express Employment Professionals began in May of 2017 when she joined as a staffing consultant for the light industrial team. Over the years, she has progressed to become a Managing Partner and Director of Staffing, showcasing her dedication and leadership within the company. Prior to her tenure at Express, Diane gained valuable experience in the behavioral health field, serving as an office manager for a counseling center. Throughout her career, Diane has always been driven by the passion for helping individuals secure meaningful employment opportunities. She finds fulfillment in matching candidates with jobs that align with their skills and aspirations while nurturing her team to achieve their objectives. n 2024, Diane achieved a significant milestone by realizing her long-standing goal of joining Express as a franchisee partner. She eagerly embraced this new chapter, excited to contribute to the growth and success of the company from a different perspective.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Diane loves spending quality time with her friends and family. Whether it's playing dress-up or pretend with her daughter or sharing a glass of wine with her husband and friends, she values these moments of joy and connection.

Rob Stubbs has been a valued member of the Express Employment Professionals team since 1998 and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales. Rob's tenure at Express reflects his devotion to everything he does. He has spent over 25 years connecting with organizations across Indianapolis to help them meet their most critical staffing needs. He is passionate about over-servicing his clients and building bridges that last decades.

Rob is a graduate of Ball State University and has lived on Indy's north side for 30 years. In his family, work, and faith, Rob's primary concern is summed up in Express' mission, "Helping People Succeed." He is an active volunteer in the community where he works with several non-profit organizations to help employ those who have recently been released from prison.

In addition, he helps build churches in third world countries and is a Small Group Leader at College Park Church. When Rob is not busy serving the community, he enjoys Real Estate investing and working everyday to be the best husband he can be. He is a father to four grown and tremendous children and their spouses, as well as a grandfather to five grandchildren. 

David joined the Express team in April of 2023; however, he has been in staffing since 2004; taking on roles in new business development and operations. David loves the challenge of sales in the staffing industry. Nothing is more satisfying than the process of identifying a company we want to work with, meeting with the prospect with the intention of earning their trust, earn the opportunity to transition that prospect to a client, and develop a client for life.

David currently resides in Noblesville, IN with his wife Joanna, daughter Mackenzie and son, Jacob. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time outside with his family and is actively involved in coaching youth soccer at Hoosier FC.

Born and raised in California, Marnette moved to Indiana just 3 years ago to be closer to family that previously moved to Indiana and for her and her husband to provide a better quality of life for their 2 daughters. She has a background in retail management where she worked as a store director for a local grocery chain for 19 years. She has a passion for working with others and helping them to become successful.

Marnette was raised around nostalgia drag racing with her father’s race car. This is also where she and her husband met. They both continue to drag race in their spare time. Their 2 daughters keep them quite busy with multiple sports, 4h clubs, and horse shows. She is learning to adjust to the Indiana weather but is loving the sense of community she is getting from the small town she and her family moved to.

Abigail joined Express Employment in May of 2021 as an Intern while studying Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from IUPUI.

Working as the Workforce Coordinator, her favorite thing about her position is being able to work closely with associates on a daily basis and helping the Light Industrial department to help them meet and exceed goals.

Abigail was promoted to an Employment Specialist in May 2023.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, and playing golf.

Originally from Morton, Illinois, Nicole joined the Express team in 2018 after working ten years in infant care and early childhood development. She serves as an Employment Specialist at our Lebanon location where she helps people find employment and clients find employees. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, road trips, and spending time with family. She is married with four kids and is very involved with their sports and school.

Jessica joined Express Employment in September of 2022 as an employment specialist. Prior to, Jessica was a small business owner serving Whitestown, Zionville and surrounding cities for over 15 years.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Jessica relocated to Whitestown to grow her business and venture into other industries as well. As her business grew, her family opened a local Pizza Place and started investing in real estate. She takes pride in what she does and the fact that she is able to bring her experience to Express Employment. She loves being able to help individuals find jobs where they can succeed and grow.

Outside of work Jessica enjoys spending her time at the ballfield or court as her daughters play travel volleyball and softball.

Born and raised in the Indianapolis area, Riley joined the Express team in March of 2022. She previously worked in sales and customer service and enjoys getting to know applicants as she takes them through the interview process. She graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has always loved working with people. Outside of work, Riley enjoys exploring new places and the outdoors.

Prior to starting with Express Employment in June 2023 Eric was a Sr. Recruiter for over 20 years. During that time, he has been a Branch Manager, Sales Leader, and Trainer in the Staffing Industry, specializing in high volume nationwide recruiting for Non-Exempt and Exempt level positions.

In his spare time, he loves outdoor activities that involve any type of exercise or sports. Eric has been a High School Soccer referee for the last 18 years and has had the honor of refereeing 3 State Finals.

Ronda graduated from Perry Meridian High School and IUPUI continuing studies for Human Resources. Ronda is the Payroll/Administration Manager and her main tasks are payroll, AR, workman's comp and unemployment. She has been with Express since March of 2003.

Prior to Express, Ronda worked for Federal Department Store (Lazrus) for 16 years as an Executive Assistant to the Store Manager and Human Resources. She was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN and enjoys camping, boating and traveling.

Elizabeth joined the Express team in April of 2019 and serves as our Front Office Coordinator. Her many years of customer service experience allow her to greet our job seekers and associates with a warm welcome. She is dedicated to maintaining a positive attitude while performing front office duties to ensure smooth operations. Outside of work, she enjoys having family movie nights and going to the park with her children.

Arely was born in Mexico and came to US in 2000 to be with family. She loves spending quality time with her loved ones, 5 dogs, and her plants. When not at Express she enjoys traveling with her husband, trying new foods and restaurants. Prior to joining the Express team in 2001 she worked in customer service for almost 6 years and help with the family construction business.

Lauren started with Express in January of 2020 as an Intake Specialist. After taking time off to have her first child she returned to Express to take on a new role with our largest client as the Employment Specialist for their call center division. In addition, she continues to help source candidates for all our clients.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and crafting. She is also a die-hard Swiftie.

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Zumra graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an emphasis in Human Resources. She recently got married and relocating to Indiana and joined the Express team in March of 2023 as an Intake Specialist.

Prior to working with Express, Zumra worked as a plant administrative assistant within the Human Resources Department. Her goal is to work hard and continuously help others succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and watching movies.
