Diane L. Rieck, PHR, MBA

Diane was born and raised in Mattoon, IL and has been putting people to work as an Express Employment Franchise owner since 2006.  She is a DDI Certified Facilitator, has a Master in Business Administration and a BS in Business Management with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Administrative Information Systems, from Eastern Illinois University. 

Diane's success comes from hard work and a varied experience in the Automotive Industry, Banking Operations, Restaurant Hospitality Management and over 15 years in the Staffing and Placement Industry.  Diane chose to be a Franchise Owner of an Express Employment Professionals office due to the alignment of their values, and her belief that it is not only about putting people to work but providing a full range of employment solutions and training.

In 2015 Diane opened a second office in Effingham, IL.  This office will make it easier to serve both job seekers and employers in this thriving community.

Diane is not only giving back to the surrounding communities by putting the right people in the right jobs, but is actively involved in everything from being a member of the  Effingham and Mattoon Chambers of Commerce, to serving on the board of directors for the YMCA and a corporate sponsor for the Children's Miracle Network.

Ray Rieck is the Franchise Owner of Express Employment Professionals, one of the top staffing companies in the greater Mattoon / Effingham area, with responsibilities for helping people find jobs and providing workforce solutions to businesses. Express delivers a full range of employment solutions that include full-time, temporary, and part-time employment in a wide range of positions, including professional, commercial, and administrative.

He is a member of the Mattoon and the Effingham Chamber of Commerce and served as treasurer and chairperson. He has also volunteered for Casa Franciscana Outreach and has initiated community programs to help provide food, education and medical services for the poor of Guaymas, Mexico.

Ray has 30 years of leadership, coaching and personal development experience. He began his career as an entrepreneur and spent over 20 years in executive leadership at Lake Land College. Today, Ray uses his experience as a trusted advisor to local business to find workforce solutions that add value to their bottom line.

James L. Rieck

Owner of Express Employment Professionals Mattoon and Effingham, Illinois

James joined the Mattoon Express Employment Professionals team in January of 2013.  He was born and raised in Mattoon, graduated from MHS and Lake Land College with an Associates in Science of Physical Education. James was involved in multiple athletic programs in High School and was a member of the nationally ranked Lake Land College Men's Tennis Team.  After LLC, he enrolled in a study abroad program through the University of Illinois, taking him to Brazil.  James is trilingual, fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, and Portuguese.  He lived in Destin, Florida for five years where he studied business at the University of West Florida and worked in customer service and sales.  As an extremely outgoing individual, he is applying his knowledge and communication skills to add value to our team here at Express. He has worked diligently to advance his position within the company, completing the Express University Certifications for Front Office Coordinator, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Business Management, and Learning Professionals Certification Programs. James is now one of our Franchise Owners and is working closely with our clients and prospects to identify solutions to meet their employment needs.
