Shalonda joined the Memphis Southwest team in May 2020 as an on-site Retentionist. She enjoys helping people. Music is her escape from the world. She is dedicated to helping the FedEx Hub

Nicholas joined the Express Southwest office in January of this year. He is a Memphis native and joined Express to help others like he has been helped in the past. When Nick isn't working for Express, he enjoys riding around on go-carts and dirt bikes. He likes dirt bikes so much that he always works on and builds them as well.

Demarche became the front office coordinator for the Express Memphis Southwest office in January of this year. He is originally from Arkansas but moved to Memphis a year ago for better work opportunities. In his free time, Demarche enjoys learning new things on youtube, playing call of duty, and going to watch live music shows.

Jessica joined Express in April of 2016. She started out as a FOC, moved up to a staffing consultant, and now has become the Market Leader and Business Developer for our Memphis SE location. In 2020, she ranked as the TOP 2 Sales Rep out of 850 Express offices. The thing she loves most about working for Express is seeing how much we truly impact and help people better their lives. Jessica lives by two simple rules. Be better than you were yesterday. One person can make a difference, be that person.

As a business development manager, Christina joined the Desoto and Memphis SW offices in October 2021. She connects with companies in the area to provide workforce solutions to their company needs. She is a force of nature. She proactively connects with others and builds relationships to help companies succeed. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her caring and positive attitude makes everyone around her very happy.

Courtney joined the Southeast Express team in November 2021. Originally Courtney is from, Memphis, but he wants to travel more and explore what else the world has to offer. Courtney is a diehard fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoys going bowling in his free time.

Jack joined the Express Southeast office in January of this year. He is originally from the East Memphis area and works closely with FedEx for Express. Some of Jack's hobbies include gaming and traveling while his favorite travel destinations are Ohio and Miami.

Rance enjoys working for Express because we help people find jobs. We also give back to the community with major charity events. His hobbies include going to the gym and spending quality time with his family.

Amanda joined Express in early 2023. Originally from Memphis, She recently moved to Hernando to get out of the city so she could raise her new child alongside her husband. Amanda joined Express because she had heard of us previously and wanted to join a team with a high-quality reputation. When Amanda isn't working she enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys every Sunday and regularly makes sure to take trips abroad.

 Cherie joined the Desoto office in May of 2021. She works in the industrial division helping candidates find employment in great companies. Her tenacity and her approachable attitude make candidates feel welcome. She enjoys helping people find good jobs. She graduated from Freed Hardeman University. Her hobbies are spending time with her family, going to the gym, and singing/writing.

Lakisha started working with Express Desoto County in June 2022. She has a pet dog named Benji and 2 kids who keep her going every day. In her free time, Lakisha enjoys sitting by the lake and relaxing with a cup of tea and a good book. 

Originally from Nesbit, MS, Joseph joined Express in July of 2022 as an onsite coordinator. He moved to the Southwest office later that year before being brought over to the Desoto office in December. When Joseph isn't at work, he enjoys watching the Chicago Bulls on tv. He is also a major Ole Miss fan and enjoys going to any kind of event that Ole Miss produces.

Alicia Joined our team in November of 2022. Originally from Arcola, MS,  Alicia moved to Memphis to further her career and find better opportunities to grow. Alicia loves to work for Express because she is a major people person. She loves to meet new people and has one of the friendliest personalities in the office. When Alicia isn't working for Express, she enjoys spending time with her kids, shopping, and gathering together as a family.  

Originally from Mexico, Silvia joined the Express Desoto team in October 2022 with over 10 years of experience as a recruiting specialist. Tennis and Soccer is her favorite sport. In her free time, Silvia enjoys cooking and spending her time with 3 of her sons.

Cristian was hired in April of this year and has already been a major support piece for our office. Originally from Houston, Texas, Cristian moved to the Olive Branch area when he was seven and graduated from Center Hill in 2020. He joined express because he wanted to break into a new field from what he was in previously. When Cristian isn't working he enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with his family.

Miriam Joined the Desoto office in May of this year. Miriam was born and raised in Mexico until her dad brought her and her mother to the United States. Miriam now lives in Horn Lake with her husband and their two-year-old daughter. When Miriam isn't working, she enjoys tidying up the house, making arts & crafts, and spending time with her family.

Izehunna joined the express team in April of this year. She was born in New Albany, Mississippi but moved to Southaven when she was young. She likes being close to a big city because she meets new people daily. Izehunna had worked through express previously but decided to join the team for the open environment and friendliness of the current employees. When she isn't working Izehunna likes to go bowling, paint the town with her friends, and spend time with her son.

Isabel is our newest hire, Joining the Desoto Office at the beginning of June. She was born and raised in Miami but moved to Memphis When she was 12 due to her mother getting a better job opportunity. Isabel Decided to join Express because she felt it was a better use of her skills, and she wanted a place to grow. Isabel enjoys singing competitively and spending time with her daughter in her free time.

Originally from Mississippi. He joined the Desoto team in March of 2022 as a Senior Office Services Employment Specialist. With over 5 years of experience in Management and Customer service, Jeremy formed the Office Services team and is leading them to success. In his free time, he enjoys singing and listening to music.

Originally from Honduras, Sarah moved to Miami at a young age. She then moved to the Memphis area and has been living here ever since. Sarah began work at Express in February because she wanted to learn something new. Sarah is always up for a challenge no matter what it is, and working at Express is something else for her to excel at. In her free time, Sarah enjoys working out, going out with friends, and spending time with her children.

Originally from New York, Nathalie joined the Express team after many years of experience in HR, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She is the leader of our payroll and administration division. She has taken charge of overseeing payroll processing, billing, and invoicing, as well as accounts consolidation and aging. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and listening to music.

Logan joined our team at the beginning of January. Originally from Memphis, Logan moved to Oxford to attend the University of Mississippi and get a degree in Journalism and New Media in 2021. He enjoys all things sports, and his hobbies include SCUBA diving, Photography, and Video Games. Nothing brings Logan happiness like meeting new people and helping them to the best of his abilities.

From Byhalia, Mississippi. Jasmin has been with Express since June 2021. She handles data entry for the payroll department
