Mike Kreiling, Owner

Mike started with Express over 20 years ago in hopes of achieving one of his dreams - owning a business.  Now his biggest passion is helping others live into their dreams.  Amongst his priorities are coaching, mentoring, and developing his teammates and helping businesses recruit and retain the best talent in the area.  When he's not in the office he can often be found hiking, backpacking, traveling, and playing board games with his family.

Ancilla Walter-Moldrem, Lead Employment Specialist

Ancilla has been working with Express Employment Professionals since 2019. She has been working in Staffing in Eau Claire since 2014. Prior to that Ancilla attended school at Chippewa Valley Technical College and graduated with Honors from the Human Resources program. Ancilla grew up in the Chippewa Valley and has worked in the Service Industry growing up. She really enjoys living in the Chippewa Valley and seeing/experiencing all the growth within the past few years! In her spare time Ancilla enjoys time at her family cottage, boating and playing volleyball. Ancilla is also a dog lover! You can look forward to Ancilla helping you find your next career, as well as partnering with Clients to help fulfill their current needs!

Amy Kilmer, Employee Specialist

Amy Kilmer has been working with Express Employment Professionals since February 2019.She has been working in the Recruiting/HR field since 2004. Prior to that Amy worked for Mason Shoe Co. in Chippewa Falls since graduating High School. In her spare time she enjoy camping, fishing and canoeing in the BWCA in Minnesota, spending time with her family and bowling. For several years Amy volunteered as a bowling coach to the youth in Chippewa Falls and started the Chippewa Falls High School Bowling Team that is still going strong today.

Anthony Devney, Media Manager

Anthony or "Dev" as he's known around the office, is a jack of all trades with Express! Dev overseas anything in the Media wheelhouse. From creating graphics for our social media platforms, to helping the team with our marketing materials and recruiting efforts. He loves helping out the team anyway he can. In his spare time, you can usually find him around a race track photographing cars, or simply unwinding with a burrito and a good craft beer.

Nathan Merrill, Business Solutions Specialist

Nate is an energetic conversationalist that enjoys anything that makes you think! He works closely with companies to help bring the best talent to the team. Staying active in his local community, he sits on the Menomonie City Council and is always looking to improve his golf game. Year round you can find him fighting gravity at Devils Lake or other rock climbing destinations across the nation. 

Aaron Haas, Skilled Trades Employee Specialist

Aaron is a new member to Express working with the Trade Skilled workforce in the Chippewa Valley. He is eager to start helping out in any way possible to land you your dream position. After work you can find Aaron either on the golf course or grilling out at home with the kids.
