Our Staff
Terry Schacht, Owner
Our franchise owner since February 2004, Terry graduated
from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
and from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Masters of Business Administration.
After college, Terry worked in public accounting and as a Controller, COO and
VP of Finance and Operations for various businesses. He is a certified public
accountant and a past President for the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce.
Terry volunteers his time with the Boy Scouts of America and the Rotary Club of
Sheboygan. When not at the office, Terry enjoys sailing, golfing and spending
time with his family.
Cindy Schacht, Senior Administrative Employment
Specialist
Cindy joined Terry in the business in December 2010 and has
been an Administrative Employment Specialist since April 2018. Cindy had worked
in printing, banking, fitness clubs and the local Chamber of Commerce prior to
joining the Express Team. She pursued her Associate’s degree in Commercial Art
from Madison Area Technical College. She volunteers as a mentor with the American Staffing Association and the YMCA as a member of the Kettle Moraine YMCA Board of Directors. Cindy has been active with St.
Joe’s Annual Work Camp Mission Trips and the Greater Jackson Business Alliance. When not in the office, she likes to exercise, go sailing and mow the lawn.
Danielle Krummey, Operations
Manager
Danielle
started working at Express Employment Professionals in March of 2019 as our
Recruiting Specialist, and since then has grown into an Employment Specialist and then the Operations Manager. Previously, Danielle grew in an Assistant Manager role
for The Cleaning Authority. She’s affiliated with over 30 different volunteer
organizations, one being Musicians on Call; a non-profit organization that
brings music and joy to those who are being cared for in local hospitals.
Besides volunteering, Danielle enjoys winter autocross at Road America,
traveling, women’s pool league, hiking and camping.
Adam Schacht, Business
Development Manager
Adam
joined the team in August of 2021 as our Outside Sales Representative and since has been promoted to Business Development Manager.
Previously, he worked for The Home Depot as their Receiving Supervisor. He
graduated with his degree in Diesel Technology from Fox Valley Technical College
and his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from
Lakeland University. Adam volunteers his time with his local Boy Scout Troop
coaching the boys on developing character and reinforcing positive lifelong
values. In his free time, Adam enjoys wilderness camping, sailing, and spending
time with his friends.
Lindsey
Scozzafave, Administrative
Assistant
Lindsey joined the Express team in August of 2021. Lindsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. During her time as a student, Lindsey founded and led a student organization dedicated to bettering the lives of children and teenagers in Milwaukee’s foster care system. In her free time, she enjoys playing trivia, ice skating, golfing, and spending time with her family and friends.
