Jon and Becky Rolen are the owners of the Murfreesboro Express office that was established in March 2006. Their fervent passion of helping others achieve career goals and stability is what fuels the business. Jon is a Louisiana native but has been a resident of Murfreesboro since 1965, while Becky was born and raised in middle Tennessee. The pair met in high school and married in 1980. Jon attended both Middle Tennessee State University and University of Tennessee, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1979. That same year, Becky received a bachelor's and master's equivalency in speech pathology, where she would work with Murfreesboro city schools as a teacher until her retirement in 2013. After his graduation, Jon would further his career as owner / operator at both Sonic Drive-Ins and Snap-On Tools. He has been a member of the Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.
The couple celebrates their business for its success and impact in the community. The Murfreesboro office has been honored as a Circle of Excellence office for the last 5 years and was praised with the Neighborhood Marketing Award. Jon and Becky sought to establish a premier staffing service where people could be treated equally and fairly; they are pleased to say that goal has been met. Matt is from Manhattan, NY. Once Director of Operations and working from our Murfreesboro location, he has now transitioned into Franchise Owner of Express Employment Professionals in Franklin. His hobbies include technology and personal growth. Matt's favorite things include paranormal investigations and gaming. As well as, he is an avid gamer and ghost hunts on his free time.

Missy is from Mobile, Alabama. She has been married to Jared, her high school sweetheart, for over 15 years. Together they have one eleven year old son, Liam, and two dogs, Clarabelle and Maddie. They all moved to Murfreesboro in 2016. They enjoy traveling and experiencing new places. She started working in the staffing industry because it has already made a huge impact on her life at that point.

Shaina is a Nashville native. She is a former collegiate athlete where she ran track at Middle Tennessee State University, under the legendary Head Coach Dean Hayes. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-Media Communications and has aspirations to continue to further her education in the near future. She is married to a local Murfreesboro Fire Man and together they have three amazing children and a Rat Terrier named Penny. Shaina enjoys serving in her community and she is very active in her church, where she serves on the board and in other areas of the ministry. Her values include integrity, servanthood, diligence, and faith!

Leslie is from Richwood, West Virginia. She enjoys a variety of things such as: traveling, spending time with family, making homemade dog treats, shopping, girls night, and being outdoors. Leslie obtained a Bachelor's of Science from MTSU and the State of TN Notary.

Sam works in our Murfreesboro Office most days and is a long time resident of Murfreesboro. He has held positions with organizations such as; Rutherford County Chamber, Smyrna Rotary Club, Believers Chapel, North Rutherford YMCA, and Junior Achievement of Rutherford County. Sam married his wife, Kristen, in June of 2019 and they have two dogs and 0 CATS! Sam's passion is to help good people get connected with good jobs in Middle TN.

Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Erika graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology from MTSU. Shortly after, she began working with Express as a bilingual recruiter in late August of 2021. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and working out at the gym in her free time. One of the things she loves most about working here is meeting new people, listening to their stories, and helping them find the best fitting job for their schedule and their situations. Her co-workers have become her family and knows she has the best working team there is.
Elizabeth is a military brat, so she was born in North Carolina, but has lived in a few locations (Japan and New York being most notable.) She graduated from the University of North Alabama with a bachelor's degree in business administration and she is interested in completing the SHRM Professional Certification sometime soon. She loves to cook/bake, watch YouTube, play video games, learn about history, and write when she finds the time. Goals of hers include improving her office/professional skills, visiting Europe, becoming an author, and- most importantly- becoming a great mother when that time comes. Since Express Employment Professionals is a business that is of service to others, Elizabeth felt that this was just the kind of company she should start her professional career with.

Martha started working with Express in August of 2022. She was born in Mexico but grew up in Murfreesboro, TN. She graduated from Blackman High School and soon after that she began a career in geriatrics. She very much enjoyed working with the elderly but after having her first son, she knew she needed a career that allowed her to be home more often. She always knew she wanted to help people and our community. Working at Express allows her to help people on a daily basis, and it feels great, she says. She looks forward to helping many more people and a long career at Express.

Meet Asti, originally from Armenia she holds a Bachelor's in "English language and literature" and a Master's in "Human Resource Management". As a student, she had the chance to study in Portugal and Germany, where she met her American husband. After moving to Murfreesboro, she was excited to join a team where she can bring value and contribute to the community. In her free time, she enjoys dancing tango and oil painting.
