    Loretta Olson, Franchise Owner, has over 25 years’ experience in the HR industry. Her experience in the staffing industry as a Branch Manager in Kenosha,a Direct Hire Recruiter in Racine and General Manager for 4 franchise territories, including 3 offices lead Loretta to her current role, Owner of the Express Employment Professionals Office for Racine & Kenosha. Loretta is an advocate for Racine, volunteering at countless events and serving on several non-profit and workforce development boards. She has a great wealth of knowledge in our industry and community.

    Marianne Hunsucker, Director of Operations, started Express in 2017.  Marianne has more than 20 years in the staffing industry.  She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits administration, training & development, continuous improvement, work place efficiency, technology support and employee relations. To summarize, she makes sure the office is running at it's best potential!  In her free time, she loves cooking, watching movies, bonfires in the backyard, 70's music as well as many other different genres of music and has a soft spot for dogs!  

    Elissa Lux, Director of Sales and Recruiting, began with Express in 2016.   Elissa shared she chose Express Employment Professionals, "because of their mission statement of putting a million people to work. I like that 365 days out of the year we give hope to people. I love the team I work with every day and the culture." When Elissa is not working she enjoys, softball, volleyball, and being a mom. She enjoys watching her boys play sports and taking them to the dells.

    Candice Anzalone, Professional Recruiter, joined Express in 2014.  Candice started at Express as a Payroll Coordinator and has a degree in Human Services.  In addition to over 6 years in the Staffing Industry; Candice has over 16 years of Customer Service related experience.  She is active within our local community and has volunteered for HALO, Women’s Resource Center, Meals on Wheels and Racine County Food Bank.  Candice is passionate about helping people and giving them hope and the feeling that comes with knowing that she helped someone.  She also enjoys spending time with family and sporting events.

    Beth Becker, Payroll Supervisor, joined Express in 2019.  Beth has over 20 years in the staffing industry having worked as a Recruiter, On-Site Manager, Payroll Representative and Customer Service.  She has a Bachelor's degree from UW-Parkside.  One of Beth's passions is volunteering, with this she has given her time to Run with the Cops (Special Olympics) and Walk to End Alzheimer’s.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, camping and wine tastings.  

    Renee Dehne, On-site Senior Staffing Consultant. In this role, she recruits for larger volume clients and spends time at their facility.  Renee chose Express because of Loretta, they have known each for twenty plus years!  Outside of work Renee enjoys reading and cooking.

    Adriana Cochran, Professional Employment Specialist, joined Express in 2016.  She has a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and is a 2018 Leadership Racine graduate.  Adriana has over 7 years’ experience in Staffing, Human Resources and Customer Service. She said one of the best things about working for Express is that the best interest of our associates and clients is always the #1 priority.  She loves the feeling that comes with assisting our clients in meeting their business objectives by identifying the right candidates for their open positions.  It’s a “Win/Win”!  

    Juliana Garcia, On-Site Manager, came to Express right out of school in 2002 and started as a Front Desk Coordinator.  Since then Juliana has had many roles and has given thousands of people work in our community. She currently manages our largest on-site account, as well as several other small clients.  She is a leadership Racine Graduate and has proven to be a mentor to many associates and clients. Her team looks at her as a leader in our office as well. She is a mother of three and also loves horses and trips to Mexico.

    Zuheily DeJesus Lebron, Front Office Coordinator, started Express as an associate in 2018 when she was looking for work.  She was hired into the company after only 2 months.  Zuheily loves that every day she gets to meet new people, provide hope and help others meet their needs while also learning about many companies, positions and industries.  In her free time she love to spend time with her son. They enjoy to reading together, baking, watching movies, listening to music on KLOVE and their personal favorite spending time outdoors at Grandma’s house with their fourteen pet chickens.

    Marley Uran, Director of Media Relations, began with Express in 2020.  Marley was an Outstanding Graduate, Legacy & Newman Civic Fellow at the University of Wisconsin Parkside where she majored in Communications with a minor in Public Relations and certificate in Community Engagement.  For the last five years, Marley has worked in Business Development & Marketing with a passion to provide others with the same opportunities she has had.  Outside of work, Marley enjoys hiking, service work, kayaking and traveling.
