Loretta Olson, Franchise Owner, has over 28 years’ experience in the HR industry. Her experience in the staffing industry as a Branch Manager in Kenosha, a Direct Hire Recruiter in Racine and General Manager for 4 franchise territories, including 3 offices lead Loretta to her current role, Owner of the Express Employment Professionals Office for Racine & Kenosha. Loretta is an advocate for Racine, volunteering at countless events and serving on several non-profit and workforce development boards. She has a great wealth of knowledge in our industry and community.

Marianne Hunsucker, Owner/Director of Operations, started Express in 2017.  Marianne has more than 20 years in the staffing industry.  She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits administration, training & development, continuous improvement, work place efficiency, technology support and employee relations. To summarize, she makes sure the office is running at it's best potential!  In her free time, she loves cooking, watching movies, bonfires in the backyard, 70's music as well as many other different genres of music and has a soft spot for dogs!

Tim Mason, Owner/Director of Business Development, joined Express in 2021. Tim has 12 years in the Staffing Industry and previously 20 years in manufacturing with local companies. When asked why he chose Express he shares, "Express is committed to providing great opportunities to their associates while providing the highest level of customer service and workforce solutions to our clients."  Fun fact Tim has previously worked field security for the Green Bay Packers! When Tim is not helping local businesses he enjoys home improvements, his three dogs, bird hunting, bourbon, smoking all types of food, Zoo events and traveling!

Alicia Schmitz, Sales Manager, began with Express in 2023. Alicia has over 20 years of experience in the sales industry with a genuine focus of providing solutions for her clients. She is a Racine native and graduate of UW Parkside with a bachelors in Business/Accounting. Something Alicia takes very seriously is being a wife, a mother and serving her community. Alicia has been involved with several community organizations over the years and currently serves on the Racine Founders Rotary Board as Co-chair for the Post Prom event, she is also the Board President at Lakeside Curative Services.  When asked why she chose to come to Express she said “It is their passion to make people’s lives better by providing great opportunities for their associates and servicing their clients with the highest level of customer services and solutions. Express not only talks about making a difference, they are making a difference every day.”

Beth Becker, Payroll Operations Manager, joined Express in 2019.  Beth has over 20 years in the staffing industry having worked as a Recruiter, On-Site Manager, Payroll Representative and Customer Service.  She has a Bachelor's degree from UW-Parkside.  One of Beth's passions is volunteering, with this she has given her time to Run with the Cops (Special Olympics) and Walk to End Alzheimer's.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, camping and wine tastings.

Adriana Cochran, Professional Employment Specialist, joined Express in 2016.  She has a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and is a 2018 Leadership Racine graduate.  Adriana has over 7 years' experience in Staffing, Human Resources and Customer Service. She said one of the best things about working for Express is that the best interest of our associates and clients is always the #1 priority.  She loves the feeling that comes with assisting our clients in meeting their business objectives by identifying the right candidates for their open positions.  It's a "Win/Win"!

Juliana Garcia, On-Site Manager, came to Express right out of school in 2002 and started as a Front Desk Coordinator.  Since then Juliana has had many roles and has given thousands of people work in our community. She currently manages our largest on-site account, as well as several other small clients.  She is a leadership Racine Graduate and has proven to be a mentor to many associates and clients. Her team looks at her as a leader in our office as well. She is a mother of three and also loves horses and trips to Mexico.

Zuheily Garcia, Director of Recruiting Services, started Express as an associate in 2018 when she was looking for work.  She was hired into the company after only 2 months as a Front Office Coordinator and eventually became an Employment Specialist. The knowledge and expertise she gained in this position led her to her current role here at Express. Zuheily loves that every day she gets to meet new people, provide hope and help others meet their needs while also learning about many companies, positions and industries.  In her free time she love to spend time with her son. They enjoy to reading together, baking, watching movies, listening to music on KLOVE and their personal favorite spending time outdoors at Grandma’s house with their fourteen pet chickens.

Sophie Fong, Director of Marketing/Front Office Manager, joined Express in 2022. Sophie graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a bachelors in Marketing/Finance. She is currently the Co-Chairwoman of Belle of the Ball, a nonprofit organization that hosts an annual Free Prom Dress Boutique for High-schoolers. For the last 7 years, Sophie has worked in Customer Service and has a strong passion to help others. She loves working at Express because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in the community that she lives in one job at a time. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends/family, painting, and enjoys listening to podcasts.

Yovanka Vazquez, On-Site Manager, joined Express in 2021. She started as a Front Office Coordinator and became an On-Site Manager a year later. Yovanka’s passion for helping out in her community has easily translated into her love for putting people to work. She has over 5 years of experience in customer service and thrives off of the happiness and success of others. Her life motto is remembering it’s the little things that make big things happen.

Stephani LaMantia, Managing Director SRG, joined Express in 2022 to launch the new SRG Division. She has a degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and over 35 years' experience in Customer Service and Sales. Her favorite job was at a Milwaukee concert venue where she met her husband who she shares two amazing daughters and two crazy dogs with. She is a Racine native, but her family lives in Minnesota. She is truly a “people person” so staffing has come very naturally to her at this point in her career. She loves getting to know her clients and connect them with associates who are the right fit. Helping them both is a win/win opportunity!

Candice Anzalone, Recruiting Manager joined Express in 2014.  Candice started at Express as a Payroll Coordinator, Recruiter, and currently is the Recruiting Manager for the direct hire division of Express, Specialized Recruiting Group. She has a degree in Human Services and is a 2023 Leadership Racine Alumni. In addition to over 9 years in the Staffing Industry; Candice has over 16 years of Customer Service related experience.  She is active within our local community and has volunteered for HALO, Women’s Resource Center, Meals on Wheels and Racine County Food Bank.  Candice is passionate about helping people and giving them hope and the feeling that comes with knowing that she helped someone.  She also enjoys spending time with family and sporting events.
