    Franchise Owner

    Loretta Olson, Franchise Owner, has over 28 years’ experience in the HR industry. Her experience in the staffing industry as a Branch Manager in Kenosha, a Direct Hire Recruiter in Racine and General Manager for 4 franchise territories, including 3 offices lead Loretta to her current role, Owner of the Express Employment Professionals Office for Racine & Kenosha. Loretta is an advocate for Racine, volunteering at countless events and serving on several non-profit and workforce development boards. She has a great wealth of knowledge in our industry and community.

    Marianne Hunsucker

    Owner/Director of Operations

    Marianne Hunsucker, Owner/Director of Operations, started Express in 2017.  Marianne has more than 20 years in the staffing industry.  She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits administration, training & development, continuous improvement, work place efficiency, technology support and employee relations. To summarize, she makes sure the office is running at it's best potential!  In her free time, she loves cooking, watching movies, bonfires in the backyard, 70's music as well as many other different genres of music and has a soft spot for dogs!

    Tim Mason

    Owner/Director of Business Development

    Tim Mason, Owner/Director of Business Development, joined Express in 2021. Tim has 12 years in the Staffing Industry and previously 20 years in manufacturing with local companies. When asked why he chose Express he shares, "Express is committed to providing great opportunities to their associates while providing the highest level of customer service and workforce solutions to our clients."  Fun fact Tim has previously worked field security for the Green Bay Packers! When Tim is not helping local businesses he enjoys home improvements, his three dogs, bird hunting, bourbon, smoking all types of food, Zoo events and traveling!

    Payroll Operations Manager

    Beth Becker, Payroll Operations Manager, joined Express in 2019.  Beth has over 20 years in the staffing industry having worked as a Recruiter, On-Site Manager, Payroll Representative and Customer Service.  She has a Bachelor's degree from UW-Parkside.  One of Beth's passions is volunteering, with this she has given her time to Run with the Cops (Special Olympics) and Walk to End Alzheimer's.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, camping and wine tastings.

    Professional Employment Specialist

    Adriana Cochran, Professional Employment Specialist, joined Express in 2016.  She has a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and is a 2018 Leadership Racine graduate.  Adriana has over 7 years' experience in Staffing, Human Resources and Customer Service. She said one of the best things about working for Express is that the best interest of our associates and clients is always the #1 priority.  She loves the feeling that comes with assisting our clients in meeting their business objectives by identifying the right candidates for their open positions.  It's a "Win/Win"!

    Director of Marketing/Front Office Manager

    Sophie Fong, Director of Marketing/Front Office Manager, joined Express in 2022. Sophie graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a bachelors in Marketing/Finance. She is currently the Co-Chairwoman of Belle of the Ball, a nonprofit organization that hosts an annual Free Prom Dress Boutique for High-schoolers. For the last 7 years, Sophie has worked in Customer Service and has a strong passion to help others. She loves working at Express because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in the community that she lives in one job at a time. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends/family, painting, and enjoys listening to podcasts.

    Yovanka Vazquez

    On-Site Manager

    Yovanka Vazquez, On-Site Manager, joined Express in 2021. She started as a Front Office Coordinator and became an On-Site Manager a year later. Yovanka’s passion for helping out in her community has easily translated into her love for putting people to work. She has over 5 years of experience in customer service and thrives off of the happiness and success of others. Her life motto is remembering it’s the little things that make big things happen.

    Employment Specialist

    Holly Scharping, Employment Specialist, joined Express in 2023. Holly has 20 years in the retail and customer service industry, managing stores in four different states for Camille La Vie, American Eagle Outfitters, and Famous Footwear before switching gears in her career path into the staffing industry.  She said that the transition has been seamless, as Loretta said “rather than helping people find apparel, you’re helping them find a career!” She enjoys spending time with her two children, being a foodie and traveling, and is happiest when she can combine all three! Her goal is to visit all 50 states and she only has 5 left!

    Front Office Coordinator

    Brenda Galvan-Vital, Front Office Coordinator, joined Express in 2022. Bringing with her over 7 years of customer service expertise and 3 years of hands-on teaching experience, Brenda's background complements her role at Express. Prior to this, she served as a preschool teacher. Her deep-seated passion for assisting others in her community is evident in every role she undertakes. Brenda cherishes her position at Express, as it aligns perfectly with her drive to make a positive impact and her dedication to excellence in service.

    Front Office Coordinator

    Jessica Gollaz, Front Office Coordinator, joined Express in 2023, bringing with her over 7 years of experience in customer service and 6 years in the healthcare field. Jessica has also contributed her time through volunteer work with United Way. When asked about her experience at Express, she said, “I find immense joy in being part of a close-knit community that feels like family, working collaboratively to support our city's residents. Assisting individuals in securing positions that align with their needs and helping them achieve their goals brings me a deep sense of fulfillment and genuine happiness". Jessica enjoys building meaningful connections with people and loves making a positive difference in the community.
