Randy and Lisa Hansen have been with Express Employment Professionals since the 1990s.  Randy is a proud member of the Red Bluff Rotary Club and Lisa a proud member of the Red Bluff Kiwanis Club.  Community involvement is the cornerstone of our business and we take pride in supporting our local Chambers of Commerce, Farm Bureaus and various employment advisory and education Boards.   

Jerry started his career with the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals office in May 2020 - right in the heart of a pandemic!  Jerry has a background in management as well as security.  Jerry is a combat Veteran and was enlisted in the US Marine Corps.

Jerry handles the overall office operations with a focus on helping to expand and grow our services in administrative and professional positions. Jerry signed on a business partner with the owners, Randy and Lisa Hansen as of January 2022.   

Jessica started her career with the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals office in June 2017.  

As our Skilled Trades Senior Employment Specialist, Jessica specializes in the recruitment and placement of skilled and industrial candidates.    

Prior to joining Express, Jessica had a background in retail sales and customer service.  Jessica is bilingual in Spanish and English, which provides great assistance with our Spanish speaking applicants.  Jessica takes pride in helping people find fulfilling jobs by understanding their skills, experiences and work needs. 

 

 

Ashley started her career with the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals office in 2018 and returned to the Express family in June 2022.  Prior to joining the team at Express, Ashley worked in the medical field performing front office and administrative duties as well as other business related positions in other industries.  

Ashley specializes in administrative staffing placements, helping employers in Glenn and Tehama Counties find the best possible administrative candidates to meet business needs.

Stacey Hearn started her career with Express Employment Professionals in December 2022.  Stacey has a strong background in retail sales and management.  Stacey's most recent position prior to joining Express was heavily involved in recruiting and job placement, along with community outreach.

Stacey works with job seekers to find the best fit to match their skills and career goals.  She also works with local employers offering workforce management solutions to ensure successful placements.  Stacey's interpersonal and leadership skills make her a great fit for identifying top talent for local employers.

Rita joined the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals team in February 2023.  Rita's background as a senior loan processor and transaction coordinator for the past 20 years make her a great fit as Payroll Coordinator. 

As Payroll Coordinator, Rita plays a vital role in accurately processing weekly payroll for every Express associate, as well as detailed and accurate weekly invoicing for our client companies.  Rita helps with the overall administrative functions of our office and assists in Accounts Receivable and billing.  

Ana joined the Express office in August 2022.  Ana has a strong background in customer service from the retail and food service industry.  

As our Front Office Coordinator, Ana is our "Director of First Impressions" assisting job seekers with a friendly smile and helpful attitude.  Ana is bilingual in English and Spanish, which is a welcome addition for our Spanish speaking candidates. 

Nancy Torres joined the Red Bluff Express Employment team in February 2023.  Prior to joining Express, Nancy's background was in medical/dental front office and the hospitality industry.

Nancy assists the Express office in our recruiting efforts by helping to manage social media, job postings and conducting the initial phone interview with all applicants.  Nancy is bilingual in English and Spanish, which plays a vital role in offering employment opportunities to Spanish speaking applicants.
