Born and raised in Redding California, Sean Sharp began his career in professional life coaching, staffing and professional recruiting in 1993. Over this time, he's assisted thousands of job seekers find employment with some of the best companies in the Greater Redding Area. A graduate of Chico State and Simpson University in Business/Human Resource Management, Sean has developed several creative recruiting, hiring practices, training, and management programs for multiple organizations throughout his career.  After 26 years of serving the Redding community in Staffing and Employment, 20 of those years with Express Employment Professionals, Sean has impacted thousands of job seekers by providing hope, stability, and income to care for their families. 

Sean and his Certified team have been recognized and awarded internationally within the Express Services network for reaching the Circle of Excellence level for over 10 consecutive years as a Franchisee.
