    Laurie has been a Franchisee with Express for 21 years owning two office in Western New York, one here in Rochester and the other in Jamestown. With Peter and Laurie at the helm their offices have consistently been at Circle of Excellence Level!

    Before Express Laurie spent many years in the Dental and Orthodontic Industries. Laurie is a mother of two and a grandmother..... yes, a grandmother of three!!

    Peter has been a Franchisee with Express for 21 years owning two office in Western New York, one here in Rochester and the other in Jamestown. With Peter and Laurie at the helm their offices have consistently been at Circle of Excellence Level!

    Before Express Peter was a Regional Operations Manager for a National Oil & Gas company managing 3 states, 250 employees and 2,500 oil & gas wells. 

    Peter is a past-President of the Pittsford Rotary(2015-2016) and is an active board member and chair for the annual Pittsford Rotary Golf Tournament.

    Ashley Brown,

    Ashley is the most tenured employee here in our Rochester office. She started back in 2006 as the Front Office Coordinator in our Jamestown, NY location and quickly worked her way into a Staffing Consultant role. Ashley transferred to the Rochester office in October of 2009 where she has grown into the role of Operations Manager of the Rochester, NY office. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, all niche's and divisions and maximizing growth within our Rochester organization. She attended SUNY Fredonia.
