Scott joined the SRG Charlotte team in August 2022 after making a career shift into staffing and recruiting a year earlier. Coming from the banking industry, Scott started his recruiting career in Accounting and Finance, but quickly found he had an ability to connect with and place IT professionals and more recently, mechanical and industrial engineers. 

Having spent his younger years in Asheville, NC and graduating college from Appalachian State University, Scott developed a love for the outdoors and still loves to hike in the mountains today.  Scott is an intrepid traveler who has a passion for experiencing new cultures. In addition, Scott likes to run, tackle DIY projects, and cook at home with his three daughters.
