Amber joined SRG in October of 2023 as the Executive Director, Technology focused on working with clients in the high-tech space and also recruits in the Engineering vertical. She joins us after over a decade of experience both building and leading recruiting teams at tech companies, helping them hire talent in both industry and executive recruiting spaces. She is experienced working with company executives to plan their talent strategy to best support changing business needs and allowing them to have the right people at the right time. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring that both clients and candidates come first.
When Amber is not working with tech clients, she is usually spending time with her husband and kids – on the sports fields, traveling, cooking, or finding new adventures. Food is her family’s passion, and they are always looking for something new to cook or try!
