    Following his retirement from BDO, Gus began a new chapter at Express in January of 2015. Prior to retirement, Gus served as Client Services Partner with BDO and worked with the firm since 1982. Gus grew up in Windsor and received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor before relocating to Sarnia. He stays involved in Sarnia-Lambton by serving as the Secretary-Treasurer for the North Lambton Community Health Centre, Co-Chair of the Sarnia-Lambton Chapter of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, and member of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce Economic Policy Committee. His other community involvement has included Chair of the Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Canadian Diabetes Association - Sarnia & District Branch, and Treasurer of St. Paul's Outreach Foundation. During his limited free time, Gus is an avid golfer and die-hard Sarnia Sting fan.

    Director of Marketing and Communications

    Garrett first joined the Express Sarnia team as a summer student in 2009 and is currently our Director of Marketing and Communications. A 2014 graduate of Lambton College's Business Administration - Marketing program, Garrett is able to bring our business up-to-date strategies in communications, media relations, community relations, stakeholder engagement, and event management. Garrett enjoys networking and training opportunities and now serves on the Program Advisory Committee for Lambton College's Business program as well as the Community Advisory Panel at Bluewater Health. One of Garrett's proudest accomplishments is bringing the world-renowned Express Clydesdales to the Brigden Fair.     Kimberly
    Kim Eldridge

    Director of Client Services

    In her role, Kim has provided operational, recruitment, and sales leadership for the team since 2010. After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Business at the University of Western Ontario, Kim worked with a multi-national staffing company where she gained experience in contract negotiations, national account management, and all aspects of the staffing spectrum. Her strong recruitment and placement background has enabled Kim and her team to make well matched placements and provide excellent customer service. Born and raised in Sarnia, she has remained well connected within the community. She currently serves as the Program Advisory Committee Chair for the Office Administration program at Lambton College. Kim's strong belief in good customer service and quick problem resolution was recognized by the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce with the honour of the Outstanding Business Achievement Award for Outstanding Customer Service for an Individual.

    Marcia Perry, CPSS

    Employment Specialist

    Marcia joined the Express family in November 2009. She comes to us from an administrative and communications background. As a graduate of the Fanshawe College Fashion Merchandising program, Marcia uses her experience to fit associates and clients together in a successful ensemble. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service both from a sales and administrative perspective. Marcia previously worked as an office administrator for a multi-division company in Chatham where she built an outstanding network of contacts. Her organizational skills and superior customer service ability make her a great fit for our team and for this industry. She conducts business in a professional manner and is an asset to all of the clients she has the pleasure of dealing with. Marcia is dedicated to the administrative, accounting/finance, HR, and IT recruiting in our office. Outside of work, she enjoys serving as a youth group leader at her church, attending local HRPA events, and finishing a good puzzle. Feel free to contact Marcia with any staffing questions or needs.

    Alexandra Pearce

    Employment Specialist

    Alex began her career at Express in July 2018 as a Recruiting Specialist before transitioning into her current role of Employment Specialist. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph, Alex gained experience in the medical recruitment field. She later earned her Human Resources Management diploma from McMaster University. Alex works alongside Marcia on our team, helping to connect candidates in administrative, accounting/finance, HR, and IT fields with employment.     Employment Specialist

    Jessica joined our team as an Employment Specialist in September of 2018. Prior to starting at Express, she spent 19 years as Customer Relations Manager with Gateway Casino in Point Edward, gaining experience in a wide variety of departments. Her days are now spent working with Joe on our team, connecting candidates and companies in engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and light industrial fields. She also is a Program Advisory Committee member for the Chemical Production & Power Engineering Technology (CPET) and Process Piping Design programs at Lambton College. Outside the office, Jessica is kept busy with kids and their activities. When she has time, she enjoys travelling anywhere hot, cooking, yoga, and volleyball.     Kelly Greaves

    Front Office Coordinator

    In her role as Front Office Coordinator, Kelly is both welcoming and knowledgeable about our services. She has been providing a warm welcome and sincere service to both our clients and associates since joining our team in May 2012. Born and raised in Sarnia, Kelly attended St. Clair High School. She returned to the Sarnia area in 2012 after living in Northern Ontario for a number of years. Kelly believes family comes first and spending time with her two children and extended family is what matters most. She is also active in her church and enjoys volunteering her time to the Inn of the Good Shepherd.
