    Kim Eldridge, Managing Director

    KimKim has led our Express team as Managing Director since the beginning of 2010. In this role, she provides operational, recruitment, and sales leadership for the team. After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Business at the University of Western Ontario, Kim worked with a multi-national staffing company where she gained experience in contract negotiations, national account management, and all aspects of the staffing spectrum. Her strong recruitment and placement background has enabled Kim and her team to make well matched placements and provide excellent customer service. Born and raised in Sarnia, she has remained well connected within the community. Kim gives back to Sarnia by participating as a board member for the Young Professionals, and as the Program Advisory Committee Chair for the Office Administration program at Lambton College. She is also a member of Women in Networking and NEXT Managers and Influencers Network Group. Kim's strong belief in good customer service and quick problem resolution was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce with the honour of the Outstanding Business Achievement Award for Outstanding Customer Service for an Individual.     Gus Mumby, Controller 

    Gus

    Following his retirement from BDO, Gus began a new chapter at Express in January of 2015. Prior to retirement, Gus served as Client Services Partner with BDO, and worked with the firm since 1982. Gus grew up in Windsor, and received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor before relocating to Sarnia. He stays involved in Sarnia-Lambton by serving as the Secretary-Treasurer for the North Lambton Community Health Centre, Co-Chair of the Sarnia-Lambton Chapter of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, Secretary of the Sarnia-Lambton Provincial Conservative Association, and member of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce Economic Policy Committee. His other community involvement has included Chair of the Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Canadian Diabetes Association - Sarnia & District Branch, and Treasurer of St. Paul’s Outreach Foundation.     Garrett Hein, Director of Marketing and Communications

    GarrettGarrett first joined the Express Sarnia team as a summer student in 2009, and is currently our Director of Marketing and Communications. A 2014 graduate of Lambton College's Business Administration - Marketing program, Garrett is able to bring our business up-to-date strategies in social media/digital marketing, event planning, public relations, recruiting, employee retention and engagement, and business analytics. In addition to marketing and communications, Garrett enjoys networking and training opportunities, and now serves on the Program Advisory Committee for Lambton College's Business program, as well as the Board of Directors for the Lambton College Alumni Association. He is also part of the Online Strategy Task Force at Express International Headquarters in Oklahoma City. One of Garrett's most significant accomplishments is bringing the world-renowned Express Clydesdales to the Brigden Fair. Beyond his work, Garrett is a seasoned traveller, fiddle player, and enjoys a good game of golf.     Jackie Adey, CSP, Business Developer

    JackieJackie joined the Express team in September 2011. She comes to us with extensive marketing, media, and sales experience, and is committed to servicing the Sarnia-Lambton market. Jackie is an active member of many local organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce Networking Referral Group, Business After Five, and Enbridge Famous 5. She is a dedicated professional who works hard to provide exceptional service with an under promise and over deliver philosophy. After earning her Certified Sales Professional designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association, she was also recognized as a Top 30 Salesperson within the company, out of over 700 locations. Jackie recently fulfilled a lifelong dream of completing the Chicago Marathon.     Marcia Perry, CPSS, Staffing Consultant

    MarciaMarcia joined the Express family in November 2009. She comes to us from an administrative and communications background. As a graduate of the Fanshawe College Fashion Merchandising program, Marcia uses her experience to fit associates and clients together in a successful ensemble. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service both from a sales and administrative perspective. Marcia previously worked as an office administrator for a multi-division company in Chatham where she built an outstanding network of contacts. Her organizational skills and superior customer service ability make her a great fit for our team and for this industry. She conducts business in a professional manner and is an asset to all of the clients she has the pleasure of dealing with. Marcia is dedicated to the administrative, accounting/financial, HR, and IT recruiting in our office. Outside of work, she enjoys serving as a youth group leader at her church, attending local HRPA events, and finishing a good puzzle.     Kari Marin, Staffing Consultant

    KariBorn and raised in Courtright, Kari is the newest addition to our team. She studied Advertising at St. Clair College in Windsor, with a focus on media sales, graphic design, marketing, and copyrighting. Before beginning a new chapter in the staffing industry, Kari worked for 18 years in the print media business, starting in design before moving into sales. She works alongside Marcia in our office, specializing in accounting/finance, human resources, I.T., and administrative staffing. Kari places a strong emphasis on customer service and problem solving, by helping businesses with their current challenges. When she’s not connecting job seekers with local businesses, Kari can often be found enjoying the great outdoors or camping with her family.     Justin Rockwood, CPSS, Staffing Consultant

    JustinJustin started with Express in October of 2013. Prior to joining our team, Justin worked in both restaurant and retail management for more than 20 years. Justin was born and raised in Sarnia, and comes to us with extensive sales and management experience. He graduated from Lambton College's Law and Security program, before studying Criminology at the University of Windsor. Justin is focused on the engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and light industrial sectors of our business, and recognizes a hard worker when he sees one. He has a true passion for putting people to work, and helping local businesses with their workforce needs. In addition, Justin recently founded the NEXT Managers and Influencers Network Group, and serves on three Program Advisory Committees at Lambton College for the CPET, Machinist, and MTIM programs.     Joe Viher, Staffing Consultant

    Joe began his career as an Express Staffing Consultant in March of 2017. Joe comes to us with experience in sales, training, and recruiting in both a call centre and large manufacturing facility, which makes him a perfect fit for our industry. Joe has a true passion for serving others, which is why he studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Lambton College. He now works alongside Justin in our office and specializes in helping engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and light industrial job seekers find work with top local companies.     Tevin Hayles, Administrative and Recruiting Assistant

    Tevin got her start with Express in August 2016. After obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, Tevin gained experience in administration and customer service before assuming her role at Express. Tevin was born and raised in Sarnia, and has quickly gotten her feet wet in the Sarnia human resources scene. She is an HRPA member, and is pursuing her CHRP designation. Tevin works alongside Staffing Consultants, Marcia and Kari, as she focuses on finding top administrative, accounting/finance, human resources, and IT candidates for our clients.     Emily Moore, Administrative and Recruiting Assistant

    Emily assumed her role with us in March 2017. She currently serves as the Administrative and Recruiting Assistant alongside Staffing Consultants, Justin and Joe. Her primary focus is finding top candidates in the engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and light industrial fields. Emily was born and raised in Oil Springs, but later relocated to obtain her diploma in Medical Office Management from Seneca College in Toronto, and Human Resources Management diploma from Ashton College. Emily has previous administrative experience in both an accounting firm and medical office. She volunteers her time at Bluewater Health and serves on the Bluewater Trails Committee for the City of Sarnia. Emily can often be found hiking the area’s various trails with her German Shepherd. She also considers herself to be a master organizer, and loves helping people minimalize their environment.     Jackey Black, Payroll Administrator

    Jackey joined the Express family in September of 2011. Jackey comes to us with over a decade of experience in finance, payroll, and administrative roles, and is an integral part of our team. She is a detail oriented individual who loves the challenge of number crunching. Since moving from Bradford, Ontario over 13 years ago, Jackey and her family are committed to their community, congregation, and meeting the needs of others. To clear her mind, Jackey can usually be found soaking up some sun by floating in her pool.     Kelly Greaves, Front Office Coordinator

    KellyIn her role as Front Office Coordinator, Kelly is both welcoming and knowledgeable about our services. She has been providing a warm welcome and sincere service to both our clients and associates since joining our team in May 2012. Born and raised in Sarnia, Kelly attended St. Clair High School. She returned to the Sarnia area in 2012 after living in Northern Ontario for a number of years. Kelly believes family comes first, and spending time with her two children and extended family is what matters most. In addition to being a Women in Networking member, Kelly is active in her church, and enjoys volunteering her time to the Inn of the Good Shepherd.
