Sasha was introduced to Express Employment Professionals while working at the Mississauga office of Express. Sasha learned the business model quickly, and realized that Express could make a huge impact in her hometown of Niagara. She was awarded the franchise and is on a mission to help as many great people in Niagara find fantastic jobs in our beautiful community, and help companies become more profitable and successful with our proven recruitment and staffing solutions. Over the years, Sasha has led a talented team of enthusiastic HR professionals offering Temporary/Contract, Permanent, Direct Hire, HR webinars and training to over 250 Niagara based client companies. As the Franchisee and Owner, Sasha helps build the brand of Express Employment Professionals through various seminars, webinars, and strategic HR services that Express offer's in the Niagara community. As  the only recruitment firm that is ISO-Certified in Niagara, our team believes in the highest of quality and finding the right people that will impact a client's business in the right way. Express Employment Professionals' mission to put a million people to work in one calendar year, and the overarching vision is to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people.

Sasha is currently involved within the community as the Chair of the Board of Managers with Kirk on the Hill Presbyterian Church, and actively involved with the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) and the Niagara Industrial Association (NIA). The Express St. Catharines office is also a part of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), and ACSESS Safety Group. Sasha has led a focused team who has been awarded various recognition such as Reader's Choice Best Staffing Agency St. Catharines and Express' Service and Satisfaction Award (2016-2018). Sasha Malik has a track record of 8 years of hand-on experience in strategic planning, business development, people management, and recruitment initiatives. She is actively involved in managing and mentoring her diverse team of employees, and engaging with client company representatives from a broad range of industries. She manages all business operations while also engaging in her personal commitment and passion to serve others.
