Jamie joined Express in December of 2021 as the Front Office Coordinator and transitioned in June of 2022 to the role of Administrative Assistant .  On January 1, 2024 she became the office manager, where she handles all of our behind-the-scenes things such as with payroll, invoicing, and ad creation.  She is currently the Office Manager and keeps the office running smoothly.  Her favorite part of working here is her ability to help people daily. Jamie’s working background is in customer service, retail, and nursing facilities and is currently getting her Bachelor’s in Human Services from Walden University. In her time out of the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and her kids. Jamie also has a love for tattoos and has 29 and counting.

Shauna joined the Express family in August of 2022 as an Employment Specialist/Recruiter and handles all of our office services related positions. Shauna really enjoys the people she works with and would say that is her favorite part of her job. She has a working background in bartending and working at power plants and also attended school at Missouri Western State University here in St. Joseph. In her free time, Shauna enjoys reading, spending time with my family, and taking all the naps. One interesting fact about Shauna is that she is constantly seeking to improve, learn from her mistakes, and challenge herself.

Shelby joined the Express team in June of 2023 taking on the role of Front Office Coordinator. Her favorite thing about working at Express is getting to interact with all different types of people who have different lifestyles and backgrounds. Shelby has a working background in customer service from a few local companies. When she is not at work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her two-year-old. One interesting thing about Shelby is that she has a birthmark in the shape of fire and survived her entire home burning down around her as she slept.

 Mimi is the newest addition to the Express team. She joined us in August of 2023 taking on the role of Business Developer. Her favorite thing about working at Express is getting to meet new faces and getting to know all of the businesses she visits. Mimi has an associates in business management and is also a master cosmetologist. She has a working background in sales and cosmetology. When she is not at work, Mimi loves to spend time with her two beautiful daughters and her wonderful husband as well as taking long naps. One interesting thing about Mimi is that she loves to do hair in her free time as it has always been her first true love.
