Born and raised in Chesterton, IN, Tyler joins the professional recruiting business after spending a decade chasing his childhood dream as a host and broadcaster in sports radio. His experience in identifying talent and interviewing high profile figures in the sports arena will serve him well when communicating with candidates, business owners, and hiring managers to help solve their human capital needs. Allison joins our team after graduating recently with her Psychology degree. Her background in restaurant management and customer service prepares her well for her role as our Specialized Sourcer. Allison's ability to seek and identify the "hard to find" talent is top notch, and we are eager to watch her grow our firm through the quality candidates she recruits.
