David is the proud co-owner of Express Employment Professionals, Waltham/Framingham with his wife, Sheryl Rosner. David comes from a successful 21-year career in the Major Account division at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where he partnered with organizations to help them find, grow and retain their workforce with payroll and HR solutions. He is passionate about helping people through staffing services and likes to compare what we do at Express to a dating service. "It's like we are matchmakers. When we get it right, it's a Win-Win-Win!" He says.

After dedicating 30 years to a successful career as an attorney and Senior Advisor at the Environmental Protection Agency, Sheryl transitioned from government service to a new venture alongside her husband, David Berman, as Co-Owner of Express Employment Professionals in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Embracing this fresh career path, she expresses, "I find great fulfillment in assisting individuals in discovering new opportunities, and I'm equally committed to aiding client companies in filling challenging vacancies."

Adam graduated from Lasell College with a degree in Sports Management and Communication. He joined Express Employment in January 2023 after working in payroll. At Express, Adam can be found sourcing and interviewing candidates to help them find their next opportunity. He says " Helping someone find a new job and reach their career goals is extremely rewarding!"

Breeana is the most recent addition to our Express team. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2022 and previously worked as a Payroll Coordinator for a Home Health Agency in Newton, Massachusetts. Now, she contributes to our recruiting efforts and offers a friendly face to those who visit our office in Wellesley Hills. Breeana says "I am looking forward to jumping right in and helping people find a career they can feel passionate about!"

Emma worked for Express Employment full-time following her graduation from Boston University in 2020. She now lives in New York City but is still invested in the work that Express does. She is currently helping out with developing the Express website and conducting outside sales to find new clients. Emma says, "I can't stay away from Express-- and it's not just because it runs in my family. I truly love the recruitment space and am excited to help, even from afar."
