She comes to Express Employment with a background in customer service. When not at work, she likes baking, and spending time with her 2 boys and Bella her dog!

Desiree specializes in light industrial and skilled trades. With over 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus a background in structural welding, she's a natural fit for our team.

Passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities, Desiree brings a unique perspective and dedication to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, nature and spending time with family and friends.

Sylvia recruits Office/Administrative Services, Finance, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades and Direct Hires.

Sylvia has over 14 years in the business and covers management responsibilities also. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, grandkids, and for relaxation she enjoys gardening!

Eric manages the office and works in all areas of Commercial, Administrative, and Professional. His recruiting niche is Technology, Supply Chain, and Engineering, but will also assist other areas.

He is heavily engaged in community service – feeding, housing, and employing those in need. Eric has a BS Electrical Engineering, an MS Information Systems, and an MBA.

Ray has a background in the staffing industry that spans nearly 20 years. His focus has been in the areas of Business Development, Recruiting and customizing service programs to meet client specific needs.

Ray's role as Regional Developer with Express Employment Professionals includes assisting in the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, office planning, training, quality assurance, and many other areas.
