"As we build lasting relationships with our associates and clients through accountability, integrity, and excellence, we will make a difference in our communities. As a team, we will be moved by compassion, a mindset of gratitude, and a mission to help each other and those we serve both in our communities and around the world."

The vision statement above was truly at the center of the desires of Bruce & Camella Binkley as they sought an opportunity to own a business in 1995. Through a colleague they were made aware of Express Employment Professionals, contacted the Franchising Department in Oklahoma City, and began the journey to become franchisees.

Camella & Bruce are now the owners of Express Employment Professionals offices in Waxahachie and Johnson County, Texas. Express is a franchise staffing company with over 800 offices nationwide and is currently the third largest staffing company in the United States. Their franchise has won national recognition in the Express family for over 20 years along with acknowledgements personally: Directors' Award, Community Service Award, and Spiritual Leadership Award. Camella is a Certified Staffing Professional, while Bruce has served as Chaplain for the Franchisees. The Binkleys are viewed as leaders in the franchise organization and have often served on Franchisee Focus Groups.

Express is the largest privately held staffing company in the nation. With 17 Express locations here locally in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we put an average of 400,000 people to work annually. Express Employment Professionals in Waxahachie and Johnson County offer many workforce solutions enabling us to assist companies in our community to hire professional, office services, skilled trade and light industrial associates.

When the Binkleys pursued their dream to own their own business in 1995, part of that dream was to have a business that would provide funds to help the disadvantaged and the poor; and to give hope to those who had no hope. Through the staffing industry, they have been able to give hope to thousands of people in their communities by providing meaningful employment. As the business has flourished, they have partnered with many organizations in the community such as food banks, a home for women in crisis pregnancies, and organizations that focus on giving people a "step up."

International trips opened Bruce & Camella's eyes to those in desperate need for assistance and prompted them to begin New Name Society, a foundation that broadened the scope of their outreach to those needing hope. Their outreaches and programs have helped thousands of disadvantaged people, especially orphans, in Cambodia, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Mexico, Belize, Rwanda and Nicaragua. In 2012, New Name Society opened two homes in Cambodia to house and educate young girls rescued from the threat of sex trafficking.

Camella and Bruce reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. They have two adult children, Jessica and BJ (and wife Heather), and five amazing grandsons: Jackson, Noah, Bradley, Khai and Liam. Soon the five boys will be joined by their first granddaughter, Ellie.
