  • Oregon Sick Time

    All Employers with less than 10 employees (less than 6 for Employers located in Portland) must provide up to 40 hours of paid leave per year and Employers with less than 10 employees (less than 6 for employers located in Portland) must provide up to 40 hours of unpaid protected sick time.

    Employees accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked or 1-1/3 hours for every 40 hours worked.
