Meet the Owner

Paula Schmidt is the owner of the Westmoreland/Fayette Express Employment Professionals office. She began her Express journey as an Outside Sales Rep for the Pittsburgh West office for over 6 years. Her passion for the staffing industry led her to open her own franchise and expand the Pittsburgh market into Westmoreland and Fayette counties.

Her office puts local job seekers to work in many fields including, but not limited to: Skilled Trades, Administration, Industrial, Accounting, and Logistics. Her desire to help people has quickly grown her business into an award-winning franchise.

Paula’s dedication does not end with her ever-growing business but shines through her involvement in her community. Paula supports multiple non-profits through volunteer activities and fundraising campaigns.

Paula’s leadership has built a team inspired to give back as much as she does, always going the extra step to help where they can and providing the best customer service possible!
